Vinicius arrived right on time. My job required a special part so he drove back to the office then came back within the hour and fixed it right up. Very professional; apparent that he loves what he does and he enjoys talking with people. Very happy I called this company after getting an initial quote from someone else. They are now on my refrigerator and I will use them for my future electric needs. Thanks again Vinicius!

This is my first time using Federal Electric. The price was exactly as talked about during the initial estimate. They came at the exact set up time. The job was completed in about the same amount of time they said it would. Fast, efficient and friendly! I would highly recommend them.

Consumer beware, this guy is the worst of the worst. He was paid $ 2.400.00 to do a new electrial panel for the inside as well as some work on the exterior. He didn't want to pull a permit until we made several requests. Vinni did the electrial job and stated that he did not have to meet to city inspector who came out and made a list of 9 violations and said this is one of the worst jobs I have ever inspected if not the worst . When we cobtacted Vinni with Federal Electrial we were told that he was not going to correct anything . We have since gotten another electrial contractor who is charging substantial more money to correct the vilations that Vinni made plus additional damage that was done by him. I would like to mention that before we chose our current contracter to do the clean up from Federal Electric need we did get a total of 3 bids from Lic. Electrial Contractors. All of them said almost the exact same thing about the poor quality of the workman ship. DO NOT USE this CLOWN

What great service! I had to have a second company come out to fix electrical work for my hot water heater. They got the work order on Saturday and they were able to come on Monday. They were extremely professional and very thorough and explained the problem very clearly. I now have hot water after 10 days without! Would definitely hire them again.

Today, I completed a thorough electrical inspection for a home in Cape Coral, FL. I tested the breaker panel, checked all wiring connections, and inspected outlets for proper grounding. I also verified the functionality of GFCI outlets in wet areas, ensuring the system complied with current NEC standards.
At a business in Cape Coral, FL, I installed eight 6-inch Halo recessed LED lights in the main office area. I measured and cut ceiling holes, ran new wiring to the junction box, and connected the lights to a dimmer switch for adjustable brightness. The installation improved lighting coverage while maintaining a clean and modern look.
I upgraded an old electrical panel to a 200-amp Square D panel for a home needing more power. I replaced the outdated panel, installed new circuit breakers, and ensured all connections were up to code. After testing the panel and checking each circuit, the system was functioning properly, and the home’s electrical capacity is now up to modern standards.
For this job, I installed multiple lighting fixtures in a home. I began by turning off the power and removing the old fixtures. I then mounted the new LED fixtures and connected the wiring to the existing junction boxes. I used wire nuts and secured all connections properly before testing each light for proper function. The fixtures are now providing bright, efficient lighting, and all connections meet safety standards. After installation, I cleaned up the area and ensured the homeowner was satisfied with the results.
I responded to a commercial call for an emergency electrician. Upon arrival, I found that a main breaker had tripped, cutting off power to a section of the building. I reset the breaker and inspected the distribution panel for any underlying issues. I discovered that the overloaded circuits were causing the issue, so I advised the facility on necessary electrical upgrades to prevent future outages. After ensuring the breaker and wiring were functioning correctly, power was restored, and operations resumed.
I installed a whole home surge protection system to safeguard a client’s electrical devices. I selected the Eaton CHSPT2ULTRA surge protector and mounted it directly on the main electrical panel. After connecting the device to the panel’s bus bars, I tested it with a surge simulator to verify proper operation. This installation now provides the home with protection against power surges, reducing the risk of damage to sensitive electronics.
I repaired a malfunctioning GE dishwasher that wasn’t starting. After inspecting the unit, I discovered a faulty thermal fuse. I replaced the blown fuse with a new GE OEM part and checked the wiring connections for any signs of wear. After reassembling the unit, I ran a complete cycle to confirm the repair was successful, ensuring the dishwasher was fully operational before leaving the site.
I completed electrical repairs in a home where several outlets had lost power. After troubleshooting with a Fluke 117 multimeter, I identified a faulty GFCI outlet in the kitchen. I replaced the old outlet with a new Leviton GFCI and restored power to the affected circuits. I then tested all related outlets to ensure they were functioning properly and provided the homeowner with tips on preventing future issues.
Repaired a Bosch SHE3AR75UC dishwasher today. Diagnosed faulty circulation pump using Fluke 117 multimeter. Replaced pump with Bosch 00239144 circulation pump assembly. Cleared clogged drain hose using Ridgid K-3 drain auger. Replaced worn door gasket with Bosch 00432490 seal. Cleaned spray arms with CLR descaling solution. Checked and tightened all hose connections. Tested water inlet valve function. Verified proper drainage and cycle operation. Used Bosch Service Assistant software for final diagnostic check. Completed repair in 2.5 hours, restoring optimal dishwasher performance.
Today, I installed electrical outlets in a new game room. Assessed the layout and determined optimal outlet placement. Ran 12-gauge Romex wiring from the main panel to the designated locations. Installed Leviton tamper-resistant outlets and ensured all connections were secure and up to code. Used a Klein voltage tester to confirm proper voltage and functionality. The new outlets provide ample power for gaming equipment and enhance the room's usability. Advised the homeowner on safe electrical practices and the benefits of regular maintenance.
Rewired kitchen electrical circuits to meet current NEC code. Removed old cloth-jacketed knob-and-tube wiring and outdated fuse panel. Installed new 20-circuit main lug load center with AFCI/GFCI breakers. Ran NM-B romex in EMT conduit for new counter, lighting and appliance circuits using proper box fill calculations. GFCI protected all countertop receptacles. Connected new dedicated NEMA 14-50 outlet for electric range.
Installed new 6-inch IC-rated LED recessed lighting in living room per NEC standards. Cut precise openings in drywall using a RotoZip tool. Ran new 14/2 NM-B romex cable from lighting circuit. Wired fixtures to junction boxes using proper connections and cable clamps. Connected grounds to metal cans. Tested lights on dimmer switch before securing trims.
I undertook a comprehensive rewiring project for a home experiencing numerous electrical issues. This involved replacing outdated wiring with new, code-compliant Romex NM-B cable throughout the residence. Key installations included GFCI outlets in wet areas, model Leviton 20 AMP, and AFCI breakers in the main panel, model Square D Homeline, to enhance safety and functionality. The project was meticulously executed to address and resolve all existing electrical problems.
I completed the installation of six Philips Hue Ambiance recessed LED lights in a residential kitchen. This included planning the layout for even illumination, cutting precise openings in the ceiling, wiring each fixture to the home's electrical system, and securing the lights into place. I finished by connecting them to a Philips Hue Bridge for smart control, enhancing the kitchen's ambiance and functionality.
Responded to a client's concern in Cape Coral, FL, experiencing flickering lights and a burning smell. After a thorough inspection, determined the need for a home rewiring due to old, faulty wiring. Completed task should take about three days total. Currently helping customer make preparations for the rewire, to ensure it goes as smoothly as possible.
