Alex and Rey came by to give me a quote on a new panel. They were so kind and professional and were patient with me while I asked a million questions about electrical stuff since I have no knowledge of that subject at all. Alex was super knowledgeable, having done install work before. They weren't pushy, and I didn't feel like the appointment was rushed in any way. Very satisfied customer here. Communication was excellent with very clear expectations of arrival. Tim was also very flexible and accommodated some of the customers various requests. I was pretty confused by the quote we received, as it was over $8,000 and I just asked to get a quote on changing the format of an existing 240v outlet from a Nema 6-20P to a dryer plug. I'm obviously not an electrician, but $8K seems a tad high to take care of this project.
