I was impressed by the scheduling logistics from Five or Free and how quickly they were able to organize a visit to my place to provide a quote for an EV charger installation. Carlos was the engineer assigned to the job and went above and beyond explaining to me the options and talking about the electrical setup in my home. In the end the quote was high and I decided not to have the work done but the overall experiences was so good I wanted to leave and review and recommend.

Lack of communication between office and installers made for numerous visits with incorrect items for completion of the installation of fans and fire alarms. I am still waiting for the return of the spool of decorating chain that I purchased for the installation of the light fixture above the dining room table.
