Tim is highly knowledgeable and puts in significant effort to generate business for his company. Unfortunately, he works for an organization that charges significantly more than other companies. When I raised this concern with Tim, he became defensive and was bit aggressive, emphasizing their 5-star Yelp reviews and other accolades. However, upon checking Yelp, I discovered several negative reviews. To be fair to Tim, I gave him 4 stars, removing one star due to his aggressive behavior during our conversation. I wish both Tim and the company, the best of luck.

Really great experience with 5orFree. They were straight up with me, no hidden surprises and they really do stand by their guarantee and quality of work with a crazy 17 year warranty. I also thought their price was reasonable. Tomas, our electrician was friendly and very communicative, explaining everything as he progressed through the work. There was an unexpected surprise with our project but they stuck with their promise and completed it without any extra charges.

Alex was great in explaining everything in terms of what needs to be done technically but everything before and after was disastrous. My 1st appointment was a no-show until I called to check after waiting for 30 min into the appointment. It's been 10 days since the 2nd appointment and I haven't received any quotation for work yet.

I was having issues with my Tesla not charging. I wasn’t sure of the source of the issue. Eric came to my house and was able to quickly diagnose the issue: my Tesla wall connector. He provided me with a list of options that I could do if Tesla would not replace the wall connector.
