Totally informative and assuring about the whole process. The only thing required of me was to be home when the gas meter was upgraded to accommodate the new generator. Centerpoint was the only problem in not keeping their appointment after I took the whole day off from work. It was eventually done when they arranged to come in the evening after I got off from work.
