I was not sure what to expect and ordering this generator reminded me of the same old game played many times when you go out for competitive bids. However, I was so wrong. The bid was the lowest among the three and fastestt. Others were several thousands higher wand would take three times longer. The brand was not ranked as high as the brand I received from Fish. They were extremely friendly, helpful and took care of everything for me. I only had to be at the house when Centerpoint turned the gas back on. Others were requiring a lot more out of me. Fish took care of everything. Great product, great service and great price. I cannot complain about that!
