Job Checkin

The reason for today’s visit was to assess power loss to the 240 V equipment in the home. When we arrived at the house, I immediately noticed the Generac transfer switch on the side of the Home for the generator. I open the transfer switch and didn’t see any issues at first glance. Well, I went down to the main panel and I noticed that there were four load shedding modules for all the equipment that was not working. We immediately noticed that the contractors inside these modules were not engaging to send power to the units. But then went outside and started testing power on the board and from the transformer, and I was noticing that there was not power being sent from the relay back to the modules. I then unplugged and plugged the connectors back onto the transformer and other locations and we went back inside and noticed that the modules were now working. We are not sure what we did to fix it however they are working now. I did recommend having a generator company come out to mainten
