This includes all devices on the top two floors only. Basement devices are much newer than the home so they are excluded. Also provided pricing to repair the issue with the service cable being damaged on the side of the home. Being at the main panel itself is an older style Home panel with improper breakers inside and code violations we would update the entire system by replacing the main panel and supplying all current code updates. These code updates include an emergency disconnect on the outside of the home for first responders as well as whole home search protection at the main panel.
