Michael Wendler was an absolute total professional while at our home. He was courteous, efficient & communicated exactly what he thought the problem was & how he was going to approach it. He was as customer service oriented as anyone could be & should teach classes on how to interact with customers inside their home. As a result we will be having much more work done in our home by Hass & Sons. Also kudos to "Alex" & "Jenny" for their efforts on our behalf as well. They were also extremely professional! Finally I would like to thank "Krysta" for her professional manner over the phone (first impressions DO count) as this is not something one typically experiences anymore but in this case she represented Haas & Sons with excellent communication skills & a great demeanor!
