Arrived onsite and the resident showed us to the garage where we followed him and he showed us the charge point charger he had purchased for us to install. He wants it to charge at 48amps for the rivian car he has. I took a look at the main electrical panel as well and he has plenty of room to add it because most the appliances in the house are gas. I wrote up a few options after we talked and he ended up deciding to move foreward today. We had to go get the wire cut for the run, but once we got back i started in the garage measuring where the charger would go and at what height, and then cut the drywall to get a hole drilled down into the basment. Then i began mounting and wiring up the charger and then replacing drywall where i cut to drill down to the basement.
