Replace front gfci The reason for today’s visit was to assess power loss to the front GFCI that the Christmas lights are plugged into. We arrived at Home. Customer had their Christmas lights plugged into the front receptacle however, none of them were working. We tested power and tried to reset the GFCI, however it would not reset. We went around Home check in the other GFCI‘s to see if they may be controlled this receptacle however none did. We were able to determine that this is a dedicated 20 of circuits that is not on with any of the other ones. We also found that the GFCI itself had gone bad so we recommend replacing and installing a new in use cover to properly protect devices when plugged in. Customer agreed so he went ahead and replaced it. Once we plugged in the Christmas lights, they turned back on however the middle strand did not. The lights before this strand and the lights after it are working, however there is an issue with these middle lights so they will need to be rep
