The reason for today’s visit was due to several reasons. First reason was the fact that the smoke detectors are all chirping and showing a replacement needed indicator light on all the units. The existing units in the home are known to have issues requiring replacement. The second issue was that many of the lights in the house are flickering and falling out of the ceiling. The type of lights are 6 inch LED disc lights that snap in as opposed to being screwed up to the ceiling fixture box. This is a known issue with these lights, which is why we no longer use these. In order to properly repair them I would need to replace them. My recommendation is to replace all of them to avoid this happening in other locations as well. The third final issue is the fact that the kitchen receptacle breakers are constantly tripping, which is also a known issue with these BR style breakers so my recommendation is to swap those out with new breakers.
