Dan did a great job installing a 240v outlet and 40amp breaker for my new Nissan Leaf EV charger. He was very professional, explained the process to me, and took care in his work. I highly recommend Light-em Up Electric! The price was reasonable and very transparent up front.

Installed new light in bathroom down stairs one for the vanity over the sink and one as a overhead light also installed a standard light in both sides of the master closets one over the master bathroom toilet and a fan light combo near the shower a std light in the bedroom to the left as you walk up the stairs a wall sconces over the comet bathroom sink and the over head light in the commen bathroom

Installed all new decor switches on main level. We provided all 3 &4 way switches. Also replaced can trims to LED in kitchen. And repaired fan in office on main level. While at panel noticed double tapped nuetrals and a broken breaker. Advised customer of issues. And left quotes for needed repairs.

Responded to call for attic fan. Upon arrival customer advised attic fan was installed when roofing was replaced and needs power ran to it. Inspected attic fan. Found power source within 25ft. Inspected electrical panel. Found multiple issues in the electrical panel including main panel is overloaded with circuits, double tapped neutrals, double tapped breakers, and non UL listed breakers for the challenger electrical panel. Advised customer of findings. Advised customer of the options. Customer declined panel replacements at this time. Customer agreed to option for attic fan. Bypassed existing switch to outlet powering LED rope lighting in guest bedroom. Replaced existing outlet with an electrical switch for attic fan disconnect. Installed new hot feed from new switch to attic fan. Wired attic fan to new hot feed. Tested attic fan. Attic fan is operating properly at this time. Found no other issues at this time except issues listed. Customer is 100% satisfied with today’s servic
Responded to call for need interior and exterior lighting fixtures replaced. Upon arrival customer advised of all repairs and upgrades needed. After inspection advised customer of all options. Install circuit for magmax 120 volt , 3 circuits in main lab, install circuit in clean room, and also run circuit for Mr Pittman’s office to be separate from kitchen. Provide and install two 4’ fixtures in clean room. All work will have Lifetime warranty on labor, and two years on devices.
Installed LED bulbs in laundry and bypassed electrical ballast. Replaced all bulbs in can lights in kitchen. Rewired ceiling fans light kit. Wired to be operated by switch. 4 fans in total. Master bedroom,living room, 2nd bedroom, and office.

Did diagnosis on lighting at mailbox which is an underground circuit. Did voltage and continity test. Found continuity on line. Also voltage reading from from hot to nuetral was reading 0.00 but voltage from nuetral to ground was reading 120. Which means a nuetral has been seperated somewhere underground. Also fixed light fixture on back deck and connected disposal under sink. And connected dishwasher downstairs.
Lights in kitchen and dinning room out....I checked chandelier fixture in dining room because it was closer to water leak area.....found no damage, corrosion, or rust....checked panel found dual function; arc fault/gfci, protection electrical breaker in tripped position and would not reset.....changed duel function protection electrical breaker and tested all other duel function protection electrical breaker for proper function...... also noticed burned wire on a separate electrical breaker and the electrical breaker was not tripped, a closer look found the setscrew was never tightened....wire was allowed to heat without protection from electrical breaker safety device....removed damaged wire and replaced electrical breaker that was protecting the bathroom gfci electrical circuit.....
