Great experience

Light’em Up Electric was a great find on Home Advisor. They contacted me immediately, the scheduling of the appointment was easy, immediate, and accurate, their scheduling person was in constant contact with me about the time the electrician would arrive, and the thoroughness and courtesy of the electrician was top notch. We had some major problems that we were not aware of, and now that the work is done, the peace of mind is so valuable. Their pricing was fair, and they got a whole crew out here on the same day the problem was detected. The owner even came out to help, to make sure the situation was resolved the same day. I would not hesitate to call them back for my next electrical need. Jake, Brad, Patrick and David were really great to work with.

Superb service!!

Very efficient and great customer service! I received a call within minutes of requesting service on Angie’s List. They were very professional and offered to send out a technician the next day! The electrician, Will, was great. He arrived right on time and removed our old kitchen fixture and installed the new one quickly. Thx for the great service! I wish all companies would operate like this one! Great job.

It's working and safely! Smile on my face.

Will arrived exactly on time, identified all causes for my problem (and there were several, including mistakes made in initial installation), outlined costs for each item, and went to work. All through the process, he showed me what was wrong and the changes he was making. He thought about ways to improve the physical arrangement, safety features, and access to outlets and GFI for easier and safer operation of outdoor pool and outlets. Given the amount of work, the cost was reasonable. I felt well taken care of and confident about the quality of work.

Replaced outside panel and added a panel to control the sub panel and the outside panel also fixed up the sub and main aswell as put in a grounding system also the ground is holding voltage it is definitely a Georgia power problem there is 3 volts

Now she wants the wire ran and ceiling fans installed. Advised customer of the options. Customer stated she will call the office Monday to schedule install for Tuesday morning. Thank you. Responded to call for need switches relocated and ceiling fan inspected. Upon arrival customer advised door to garage was relocated and lighting switches need to be relocated as well. Customer also stated when contractor cut the wall for the new door install he cut the feed to outlet in the mud room. Customer agreed to option. Relocated 2 switches in garage wall to new door location. Relocated 1 switch in kitchen to new door location. Used existing devices. Tested all relocated switches. All are operating properly at this time. Inspected electrical panel. Found no issues in the panel at this time. Spoke with customer about the office ceiling fan. Advised customer fan needs a remote to operate. Customer stated he will purchase new remote. Found no other issues at this time. Customer is 100% satisfied with today’s service. Thank you. Ran diagnostic found the switch for the bar room in the basement had a dad tap fixed tap everything is working how ever the basement needs to be rewired there are open junctions all through out the ceiling the boxes for the switches are exceeding the fill limit there are not enough outlets in the basement no gfci protection near water and some of it is ran in thhn and almost if not all are not terminated properly and have loose connections coustomer is awair of all code violations and will not hold light emup electric reliable for any damages that may occur left estimate to rewire the basement

Responded to call for partial power outage. Upon arrival customer advised she has no power to most of the upstairs. Inspected main electrical panel. Found multiple defective breakers including main breaker for sub fuse box. Advised customer of the findings. Customer agreed to option. Installed 1 additional ground rod. Replaced all circuit breakers. Tightened all ground and neutral connections. Tested all repairs. Power is now restored. Advised customer of the need to relocate circuits in the fuse box and install sub panel to eliminate fuse box. Customer stated she will reschedule at a later date to complete the panel relocate.
