Patrick identified problem with ground fault outlet kicking off, installed new cover for outlet supplied by homeowner. Did a fine job and was reasonable with the cost.

Great service , friendly and very well intentioned! Sadly despite their visit late this afternoon , within half an hour of their leaving half the blowup lights are out and the gif keeps on shutting of on one of the circuits for no apparent reason would appreciate a call and another visit to resolve thanks

Door bell repair

You all knew prior to appointment that I needed repair or replacement of my door bell, however the technicians had zero door bell parts or replacements on the truck. It took 3 different trips back to the shop and too the hardware store. The job is complete however it took the better then the afternoon to complete, the price of $328:50 seems very steep. I did like your techs though.

Analyzed the situation my pulling apart the dimmers and switches to find out that the taps had been wired incorrectly which caused a dimmer to stop working. We then replaced with new dimmer. Also we will have to return to do additional work for no additional charge due to blowing a dimmer while pushing it back into the box. Sorry for the inconvenience.

diagnosed and repaired back porch light fixture. Replaced gfci in upstairs guest bathroom. Re ran lights in both bathrooms upstairs attached to vanity lights. Found one light over the tub in master bath was a bad fixture customer will replace light fixture them self. Also installed weather proof box and cover by front door to secure outlets.
