Ran diagnostic found the outlet in the master bedroom upstairs coustomer also ran panel inspection found that there are over size breakers double tap neutrals double tap breakers breakers they're not listed be in the slots of the panel wires that are entering the panel that are not strip properly and knockouts they're not filled The panel is also a challenger 200 amp main breaker panel that is over 20 years customer is aware of all the code violations that are inside the panel and request no repair at this time
