Will arrived exactly on time, identified all causes for my problem (and there were several, including mistakes made in initial installation), outlined costs for each item, and went to work. All through the process, he showed me what was wrong and the changes he was making. He thought about ways to improve the physical arrangement, safety features, and access to outlets and GFI for easier and safer operation of outdoor pool and outlets. Given the amount of work, the cost was reasonable. I felt well taken care of and confident about the quality of work.

I'm so grateful for my experience with Light Em Up Electric. They had to replace my electrical box (probably been there for over 20 years) and they arrived promptly and worked until the job was done. They gave me an excellent price and did an inspection of all outlets and switches before they left. When I looked online the pricing was a little higher than others, but it was important and necessary for the work to be completed right away not a day or two later.

I felt as though the longer he stayed the more it would have cost. My goal was to eliminate using a lamp in the bathroom and ended up moving it from one bathroom to another. Before I use this service again, I will have some else verify what he told me. There was something about him which I have not yet figured out. He said it would cost close to $3,000 to complete what he discovered (replace the fuse box) a fuse box only cost approximately $200.

Found loose connection in tap behind stack switch in bedroom. Problem is fixed. Also informed customer about issue wit open junction boxes in attic and over loading of circuit for upstairs.
Upon arrival found out that she wants alight fixture installed upstairs and a fan remote installed in the cieling fan left estimates for that and demoing all old emt conduit
Responded to call for outlets not working. Upon arrival customer advised half of the outlets in dorm room 1 (as labeled at the electrical panel) are not working. Customer agreed to diagnosis. Inspected outlets. Found no power to outlets. Inspected panel on middle floor. Found defective breaker for dorm 1. Replaced dorm 1 breaker with spare breaker in the panel. Tested dorm room 1 outlets. Power restored. No warranty on spare breaker. Advised customer of overload on the circuit due to window unit ac and refrigerator powered by same circuit. Advised customer to use a different circuit for ac if unit must be used. Advised customer gfci outlet is on a separate circuit from the refrigerator. Advised customer while in the electrical panel on middle floor noticed breakers in the panel are worn and need to be replaced to prevent damage to the electrical panel. Left option with customer to replace breakers in middle floor electrical panel. Found no other issues at this time. Customer is 1
Responded to call for dishwasher, gfci, and exhaust fan. Upon arrival customer advised his dishwasher is wired with a plug cord and his bathroom gfci outlets are not working. Customer stated he also wants his bathroom exhaust fan/light combo to operate with 2 switches. Currently exhaust fan is controlled by 1 switch for light and fan together. Inspected electrical panel. Found double tapped neutrals and set screw is missing on the main ground lug. Advised customer of findings. Customer agreed to option. Separate double tapped neutrals in the electrical panel. Replaced main ground lug. Installed a single gang box on existing dishwasher circuit. Installed new whip from box to dishwasher. Separated exhaust fan and light on 2 separate existing switches in master bath. Replaced defective switch in master bath. Replaced existing gfci left of sink in master bath with duplex outlet due to outlet is protected by hall bath gfci. Replaced hall bath gfci. Tested all repairs. All are operating pr
Moved a chandelier over and had to put a blank on so it can be assessable.
Ran diagnostic found a pair of wires in the master bath switches back feeding capped off wires everything is working
Power of attorney not on site. Entered home found outlet by front door worn. Pulled outlet found al wire. Called power of attorney explained situation with al wire, and dangers of it. Explained whole home needs rewire. Customer went with outlet, noloxed connection points.
Remove all speakers also removed and capped all power poles for cubicles and removed all ethernet wire from cubicles.
Installed 2 lights in office a wall sconces in the famlyroom a outlet in the famely room and 2 wall sconces in the master bathroom aswell as took down kitchen pendent light and replaced bulb in dinningroom can light

Replaced 6 arc fault breakers on left side of panel. Due to heating up. Breakers were 100+ one was 105 degrees. While early in the day. Tighten outlets at kitchen by sink.
