Checked lighting found no issues home owner said the upstairs flooded in to downstairs kitchen lighting.....she also said she thought she had seen melting on a master bedroom receptical so I checked that as well and found back stabbed wiring....I informed her of the dangers....I checked the panel and found double tapped neutrals.....she said there was previous issues with power from ga power and that they had fixed them but other concerns came after the fix...I recommended surge protection.... the call was of gfci recepticals not working properly... found and replaced gfci in kitchen to left of stove and gfci on back patio by the rear entrance.... also suggested adding led trims to can lighting in kitchen and hall

Responded to call for ceiling fan and bath fan not working. Upon arrival customer advised living room ceiling fan and main bath have no power. Customer also advised master bath exhaust fan is not working. Customer explained bath fan switch was replaced but bath fan still is not working. Inspected living room outlets. Found 1 outlet is extremely worn. Inspected breakers. Found living room ceiling fan and main bath are on a gfci breaker which was tripped. Reset breaker. Inspected master bath fan. Found incorrect switch was installed. Advised customer of findings. Customer agreed to option. Replaced master bath switch. Replaced worn outlet in living room. Tested all repairs. All are operating properly at this time. Found no other issues at this time. Customer is 100% satisfied with today’s service. Thank you. Eric Messer.

Responded to call for storm damage. Upon arrival customer advised tree fell and damaged the service mast. Inspected mast. Mast is bent at the roof line. Inspected service wire at main breaker. Found no short between phases. Advised customer to contact power company to determine if permit will be required due to no wire damage. Left customer with multiple options for repairs as well as financing options. Customer stated other companies are coming out to give quotes. Customer stated as soon as he makes a decision he will contact for rescheduling. Thank you. Eric Messer.

Replaced the switch at the top of the stairs and added outlet by the furness and fixed a junction in the celing coustomer is awair all of his panels need the be replaced for the all have big code violations in them left estimate

Responded to call for surge protection. Upon arrival advised customer of inspection for surge protection. Customer agreed to inspection. Inspected main panel and sub panel. Found both panels are completely full with no additional space for surge protection. Found siemens panel is a 30 space 40 circuit panel. Found tandem breakers were installed incorrectly and are currently overloading the capacity of the panel. Inspected sub panel. Found sub panel is installed properly but completely full with no additional space. Inspected 3 AC units. Found AC units are installed with disconnect at each unit. Inspected grounding system. Found grounding system is up to date with 2 8ft ground rods. Advised customer to install surge protection will need to replace 30 space main panel with new 42 space panel for additional space to install surge protection breaker. Responded to call for landscape lighting. Upon arrival customer advised he has an older landscape lighting system and needs some options on rejuvenating the lighting. Customer stated he has replaced bulbs in some of the fixtures. Inspected landscape lighting. Advised customer on options available. Customer advised he has other companies coming out to give estimates and will gather info from each before making a decision on completing work. After landscape lighting inspection customer requested estimates to rewire carriage house at a different location. Inspected blueprints of the property provided by the customer.
