Ask for Eric Messer! He went beyond the call of duty to install the electrical outlet. Helping with plumbing issues and detaching a dishwasher in order to install the outlet. The service overall was fast and professional. After calling, I received email and text confirmations and Eric was at my house within a few hours of my initial call. I highly recommend Light'em Up Electrical, and if you get Eric Messer, you are in good hands!

Had can lighting installed in our basement which had no wiring for lighting and the end result exceeded our expectations by far. Beautiful lighting with very minimal cutting into the dry wall. From the consultation, to scheduling, installation, expertise, and speed of work, this was an excellent experience all around. Highly recommended and will most definitely use their services again

Scott was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. We were deciding whether to hang a new pendant light or try to salvage the old one that had one broken piece. Labeled electrical panel and noted circuits, advised customer of issues in building and panel. Installed two new customer provided exit combo lights. No warranty on customer supplied items.

Old doorbell was not functioning right replaced with standard one
Put in A junction box fix switch and outlet up on your porch install just switch and fix the light in the garage room wire coming out of light box going to a light fixture that was installed on the ceiling . There are GFI’s in the panel that are controlling the outside outlets and bathroom outlets.

Performed an inspection on the electrical panel. The panel is burnt and I would highly recommend replacing ASAP. The service cable is also deteriorating and I would also recommend replacing it as well. When preforming the work and permit must be obtained and all county and NEC code requirements must be meet. Which is a 200 amp outside disconnect; 200 amp 4 wire service cable; a service mast; 110 volt smoke detectors with battery backup and interconnected in all required areas of the home; 200 amp MLO panel; 200 amp main grounding system. Complete GFCI and arc fault protection.
install 8 wafer cans with 2 electrical switch dimmers all in man cave down in basement. 3 year parts warranty on all parts.
Installed two circuits in kitchen replace 4 non listed breakers. Gfci breakers install ring fllood light breaker transplant. Customer did not set up ring before left customer understands we are not resposible for setting up and or programming the rig motion sensor

Switch will be located in attic. Estimate also includes hot feeds for security lights, installation, and help with setup. Old intercom area will be filled in for doorbell camera to cover old intercom box and doorbell will be mounted so that painters can paint area. New chime kit to be installed as well. This option also includes electrical system panel surge protection with lifetime replacement guarantee and manufacturers warranty. Also includes 1-year ESP.

Responded to call for need outlet installed for new dishwasher. Upon arrival customer advised he purchased a new dishwasher but when delivered installer stated new dishwasher needs an outlet to plug in to. Advised customer due to water damage liability existing dishwasher would need to be removed prior to outlet install. Customer requested we remove existing dishwasher. Customer stated he would sign water damage liability release. Customer agreed to option to install outlet. Customer signed liability release. Removed existing dishwasher. Installed new single gang old work box and single outlet due to outlet will be behind dishwasher and can not be gfci protected. Tested new outlet. New outlet is operating properly at this time. Suggested whole home surge protection to customer. Left option for surge protection. Customer is 100% satisfied with today’s service. Thank you. Eric Messer.
Replaced A/C disconnect on back of home. Also installed new bathroom fan motor, and vent. Home inspector also hit of gfci protection. Installed that in required places. All work has lifetime warranty on labor. Parts have 2 year warranty. Esp is transferable to new owners.
