Responded to call for no power to living room. Upon arrival customer advised he heard a pop in the living room and lost power. Inspected electrical panel. Found all breakers have proper voltage. Found all breakers are worn. Found double tapped neutrals. Inspected ceiling fan in living room. Found ceiling fan has an internal short causing breaker to trip. Advised customer of findings. Customer advised he purchased a new ceiling fan and has the new fan onsite. Customer agreed to option. Replaced all circuit breakers in the main electrical panel. Separated all double tapped neutrals. Replaced living room ceiling fan with customer supplied ceiling fan. Tested all replacements. All are operating properly at this time. Advised customer pool light is not gfci protected. Advised customer of the dangers with operating the pool light unprotected. Customer declined installing gfci breaker for pool light in sub panel at this time. Found no other issues at this time. Customer is 100% satisfied
