Our service tech, Henry, installed four ceiling fans. He professionalism, knowledge and patience with our many questions was noted and appreciated. Upon his completion of a job well done, an appointment was made for additional wiring and the installation of a whole-house surge protector. Again, the job was done to our complete satisfaction.. Responded to call for lighting outages in multiple locations. Upon arrival customer advised of locations of outages in classrooms, halls, cafeteria, and bathrooms. During lighting inspection found all full outages are due to defective ballast. Advised customer of options. Advised customer of the benefits of LED lighting. Customer agreed to option. Retrofitted 10 - 4ft fluorescent fixtures to LED. Replaced ballast and lamps in cafeteria boys restroom. Replaced ballast and lamps in school age room boys restroom. Replaced bath exhaust fan motor in school age room boys restroom due to fan motor was locked up causing strain on the circuit. Did not replace ballast or lamps in both restrooms in classroom right of school age room due to customer declined repairs at this time. Tested all repairs and retrofits. All are operating properly at this time. Found no other issues at this time. Customer is 100% satisfied with today’s service. Thank you. Eric Messer.
Ran new circuit for downstairs ac. Due to old one being ran though wall with no chase and causing a hole in wire. Installed new j-box in case other unit has same problem we will not have to open wall up again. Checked voltage at unit 245 volts. Couldn’t turn unit on due to hvac needing to perform start up on new compressor.

Arrived spoke with customer. Mini split unit is going on outside of home directly behind panel. Wire will be in conduit and disconnect, with breaker is included. Two other options are surge protection and electrical safety plan.
Breakers were flipped in opposite direction informed customer that the breakers in order to work need to be in the middle on there on position

Install 200 amp outside disconnect, 200 amp service cable, 200 amp MLO panel, 200 amp main grounding system, install 6 110 volt smoke/carbon detectors all with battery back up and interlinked together, complete GFCI and AFCI breaker protection, 2" riser for the main meter, install 8 - 20 amp circuits, complete Rewire on rooms in basement to remove all extension cords and repair all code violations, complete circuit restoration of the bedroom and music room, Rewire ceiling fan in living room and the bedroom.
