New Outlet

Technician was only here for two hours, 11:30AM TO 1:30pm and charged $149 For after hours dispatch fee. Job was well done quickly but total charge of $969 seems excessive.

Great Service

Eric is very professional, explain and answered all our concerns and questions. When we called we got next day service. We also got an estimate on reset lights to be done in a few months. Eric will be doing work for our neighbor.

Responded to call for light fixture repair. Upon arrival customer advised master bath vanity fixture was sparking and they want it repaired. After inspecting the fixture advised customer all 5 sockets in the fixture are damaged and need to be replaced. After discussing the options customer agreed to purchase new fixture. Customer agreed to option. Removed existing vanity fixture. Installed new customer supplied vanity fixture. Tested new fixture. Fixture is operating properly at this time. Inspected electrical panel. Found double tapped neutrals and worn breakers. Advised customer of the findings. Advised customer of the potential hazards with the panel issues. Customer declined panel repairs at this time. Left options for future repairs. Found no other issues at this time. Customer is 100% satisfied with today’s service. Thank you. Eric Messer.

Installed 4 waffer cans in living room, retro fitted existing electrical can to LED. Installed multi bulb dimmer on cans. While at electrical panel noticed double tapped nuetrals. Separated nuetrals and installed ground bar and wire to bond bar. Installed electrical combo breaker on kitchen outlets due to no gfci protection

Responded to call for garage outlet not working. Upon arrival customer advised gfci in garage is not working. Customer explained he replaced gfci but outlet is still not working. Inspected outlet. Found 120 volts at outlet. Advised customer gfci is defective. Performed 13 point inspection. Found breakers are worn in the electrical panel and need to be replaced to prevent damage to panel. Found no other issues. Customer agreed to option. Replaced defective gfci in garage. Tested new gfci. Power restored to garage gfci and front porch outlet. Replaced all standard circuit breakers in electrical panel. Did not replace afci breakers in electrical panel. Tested all new breakers. Breakers are operating properly at this time. Responded to call for rewire. Upon arrival customer advised of multiple issues in the home with intermittent power failures in multiple areas of the home. Inspected all issues discussed. Found doorbell rear door chime is defective. Found freezer is plugged in to the garage gfci which protects bath outlets. Found ballast in light over kitchen sink is defective. Found whip to furnace is damaged. Found intermittent power failures are due to bad connections caused by aged worn devices. Advised customer of all findings. Discussed financing options with customer. Customer stated he needs time to decide which option is best for him. Customer advised he will contact the office to reschedule when ready. Thank you. Responded to call for need meter box replaced. Upon arrival customer advised she wants meter box replaced due to weather damage. Inspected meter main combo. Found bottom of the box is extremely damaged. Inspected home. Found multiple code violations. Left customer with multiple options. Customer had to return to work while onsite.
