Great Customer Service, Timely service

Office kept me informed of when the tech would arrive and sent a photo of the tech. Justin used his phone in the wall cavity to locate the circuit and complete the conversion of 220v line to 110v

Quality Service

I was referred to Light-em-Up by Homeadvisor. I have general electrical issues on my endless "honey-do". We addressed my safety issues and I was able to knock out a few wants, like replacing a few fixture with a decorative ones. The company was very professional from the the initial contact, through scheduling. I also received arrival appointment notification with the Technicial to be arriving on the day of service. The technicial, Jake arrived on time and gave me upfront pricing and quote prior to the job. Jake was professional, respectful and addressed all my concerns throughout the process, he addressed and completed the job in one day. The Cost was $$$ above other competitors but I would say worth the level of service and peace of mind. I will call them again.

Responded to call for ceiling fan and light fixture replacement. Upon arrival customer advised lights are blowing and going dim throughout the home after being replaced. Customer advised of some of the locations. Inspected dining room lighting. Found non dimming LED bulbs. Advised customer. Inspected panel. Found multi tapped neutrals in panel are overheating. Found damage to neutral bus bar and main breaker. Advised customer these issues need to be addressed and are most likely causing her issues throughout the home. Advised customer of the options. Customer stated she needs to get other quotes prior to agreeing to option. Customer agreed to follow up call next week. Will contact customer at a later date to discuss. Thank you. Eric Messer.

Arrived and performed electrical safety inspection. Found water puddled up at ac unit. Checked condensation pump for power. Found power , then checked outside unit it also has power. Can hear contactor pulling in. Advised customer to contact hvac company to repair ac. While at panel found double tapped nuetrals and tandem breakers. Advised customer of issues with that many tandems.

Installed 5 total circuits. One for treadmill. One for fridge one for deep freezer. One general dedicated and one circuit general outlets throughout basement. 3/year parts warranty on outlets. And breakers installed. Life time warranty on all labor. Customer understands that if outlets get painted over when walls are finished the warranty is voided.

Ran diagnostic found the outlet in the upstairs hall way was losing connection replaced the outlet and switch in blaster bathroom also the panel is melting by the lug for the a phase and there are no gfcis through the whole home and the bathrooms are on with the commen lighting circuit coustomer is fully awair and requests no repair at this time

Highly recommend a whole home re device due to the back stabbing of the outlets and low voltage readings. I would also recommend a panel replacement due to the main breaker lugs overheating or a breaker transplant. But; there still will be a problem with the main breaker. Receptacle box to the left of stove in kitchen Coming out of the wall informed homeowner of existing sheet rock damage and that she would be responsible for Sheetrock repair.......i replaced the box
