Bobby took the time to thoroughly resolve my problem. He also was very helpful to explain the reasons behind the odd pre-existing wiring in our 1970's house. They are probably not the least expensive option, but they are Well worth the cost and peace of mind.

Initial visit was due to death of a circuit breaker. Lightning Bug quickly replaced it, and made recommendations for additional service (which were very expensive, and we declined). However, at the first visit we were not informed/educated on the use of the circuit and that the amount of appliances we had on it would just continue to cause it to trip. Bobby came out the second time, spent a fair amount of time analyzing use on the circuit, and demonstrated to me how/why we needed to better distribute the load for the overall health of the circuit breaker. We ended up running an additional circuit (which was only positioned as a 'nice to do in the future' on the first visit). Although it was very expensive, the manager did discount the work 10% due to the inconvenience and multiple visits. While it was frustrating at first, I appreciate how Lightning Bug stood behind their work. I also appreciate Bobby's expertise, and willingness not just to perform the task, but to help educate me on what was happening and what could be done to rectify the situation.

I've used Lightning bug in East Cobb twice now. They have explained what needed to be done clearly and without pressure, showed up on time, and completed the work on time for the price they quoted. Based on these two experiences I would recommend them to friends/family. They are not likely to be the cheapest though - so when in doubt get a second opinion.
