I would highly recommend Chad for anyone looking for an experienced electrician that cares about his work. He made sure everything was in safe working order and all of our questions were answered. I called Luminous Electric for a second opinion and quote after having $9500+ quote for electrical work and being told my electric was in such bad condition that it could easily cause a fire at anytime if I didn't have it done by another Company "MR SPARKY" that charged me $275.75 for the estimate and not even doing any work at all!! - Then Chad from Luminous Electric came here looked over everything that the other company said and it was all FALSE and just a rouse to charge me thousands of dollars in unneeded work!! Luminous Electric and the Tech Chad were honest and decent with me and even spent time explaining everything to not only me but my Mother and gave us two quotes - one for all the work Mr Sparky said we needed for $4000.00 less money and the work we really needed for a very reasonable amount!!! They are an honest company and good people who do not LIE or USE SCARE TACTICS!! And Unlike MR.Sparky they gave a hand written and complete brake down of work and the charges so that I could go get other estimates to compare their cost and have another opinion!! They are an honest company and I will never use anyone else!! The service I received was very courteous and professional. Chad came out, analyzed the problem and then wrote up a quote to get the work done. I thought it was very reasonable. In this case it was a faulty GFI and I had him go ahead and replace it. I was so impressed I scheduled for more work to be done next week. I have too many hookups on one circuit and I need it divided into 2 circuits.

Michael was, & I'm sure still is a blessing....First, I was impressed that he already had his blue "booties" on when I answered the door. Michael asked me about my problem,& he assured me that he would be able to fix my problem. Michael was so kind & courteous,& did a wonderful job.... I also think he is a marvelous representative for 'LUMINOUS ELECTRIC". I would like to mention the youmg lady who answered my phone call, (I think her name is Lisa) she is another employee you have who was very helpful....The "iceing on the cake," was the affordable price!!!
