My household had an after-hours electrical emergency which took 5-6 hours to repair. We also had some unforeseen issues w permit and inspection the next day. All promptly sorted out. People from this company both in the field and office were extremely professional and genuinely empathic, not your typical "it's just a job" type of employees.
