Kellie and I had called another electric company for the work we needed to have done prior to calling Luminous. When the electrician from the other company came over, he made every excuse in the world for why he could not complete the work we need. Then we called Luminous and were lucky enough to have Chad Mathews as our electrician. Chad is a "can do" person and found solutions to our electrical needs and challenges and competed the work right on the spot. He is truly an incredible electrician and an even better ambassador for Luminous Electric, and it really seems like an good an honest person. I will definitely encourage anyone who asks to call Luminous and I will always ask for Chad whenever other electrical needs arise.
