Great service person

Mark is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and personable. We use Martella for all of our electrical needs, upgrades, changing out fixtures, etc. thanks Mark. This person exemplifies excellent customer service!!! We wish other service personnel were of the same caliber.

Professional Service,Reasonable Prices, Honest and Respectful Electricians

This is the second time that I've called upon Martella Electric, the first time I had a new circuit breaker box installed and the job was very clean and efficient. Now we really have problems and I am happy that I know that I can trust this company. Thank you Martella and especially Mark and Romeo who came for their expertise today!

Quick and Efficient

Martella has a knowledgeable person answer the phone (no answering service) and was able to schedule me within 36 hours. Same day service would have been ideal, but that is not very realistic when companies are busy. My technician John was in and out within 30 minutes. He was early (Martella called first to verify if coming early was ok), friendly, and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly diagnose my electrical issue and provide a solution. He gave me quotes for other projects I inquired about and did not pressure me into any additional services.

Excellent Service!

John was professional and pleasant to work with. He gave us good recommendations which we followed. The difficult line he had to run left minimal marks on walls. We have been customers of Martella Electric since the early 1980's and they have done work in all of our homes. We will definitely call and ask for John again!

The technician was knowledgeable and patient answering all my questions.

Overall, I was very pleased. However, the only concern that I had was the wait time. By that I mean, I called for service/support on Thursday morning and the first appointment was for Saturday. For me personally, that was a long wait. I had had a loss of power followed by a power surge. Peco did come out but of course didn't address anything internal which is why I asked for Martella Electric for an appointment. Regarding coming on time, the technician was earlier than anticipated. You rarely have that happen so thank you.
