Calling Martella Electric was the best decision I could have made when I had a major problem with my electricity. The phone representative advised me that no appointments were available for the day, but if a technician finished early, she would call me back. I was relieved when the representative called back to say a tech would be at my home by 1:30 pm. Andrew was polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to have in my home. He quickly diagnosed the problem, but finding the needed part was difficult. Andrew made numerous calls and finally located the part, had it overnighted to his office and returned the next day to install it. I had lights and heat once again. The cost of the job was very reasonable, and I will definitely call Marcela for all of my future electrical needs.
Mark is experienced and efficient. He is also an empathetic listener.
Martella is very reliable relative to scheduling and reminding you about appointments. Lots of transparency on pricing and although not the cheapest firm out there, I have come to realize you get what you pay for. First time in awhile that I felt very confident in what my contractor told me. Matt was extremely polite and thorough, not to mention easy to talk to. I highly recommend Martella.
