George, my technician, is great to work with. I feel lucky to have him do the work I needed done around the house. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a tremendous work ethic. He answered every question and took the time to explain everything in some detail. He was working with an apprentice, Stephanie, and I noticed his taking the time to insure she was part of the team, making the process a learning experience for all. Overall, great job! Highly recommend.
