Met with Sandy this afternoon to troubleshoot a tripped breaker and her refrigerator not working. Discovered a nail in a wire that had been that way for 16 years and did not give them any trouble until they had a leak in their shower on the other side of the wall 4 feet from where the short was. Sandy trusted me when I told her what the problem was and we cut into her wall I showed her where it actually was she was amazed and surprised. We fix the problem and got everything working again for her.
