Mike was on time, had a good grasp of what was requested, had ideas of other items I may want to address but did not push. The original requested work was quoted and completed that day. Work was quick, neat and cleaned up afterwards. I was given a quote for additional future work, as requested, and provided will several options for moving forward. No hard sell. I will definitely call them again.
