Jesus did a great job. He was calm, thorough and troubleshooted an issue that was crazy. He was transparent and talked to me the whole time. He explained what he thought was wrong and how we could fix it. Always had multiple options and we discussed the pros and cons of them all. He took his time to answer all questions and for me to call my spouse and try to get ahold of the builder (new construction).
