We had quite a situation with a panel that was stuffed full (and then some). We also had lights flickering whenever a load was put on. Within 2 days, we have a new panel with all new breakers and all of our outlets and switches replaced with up-to-date ones. They were on time, professionally dressed and wore the requested masks.
