I came home from vacation to a nightmare – – no power. Zak Baker came out at midnight on a Saturday night to investigate the issue. Unfortunately, it required a major job. Zak spent part of his Sunday securing the parts and had already picked them up and was on his way to my house by 7:30 a.m. Zak worked more than 12 hours to get me up and running and he did it in the heat. Relentless. Not only did he work hard to get the job done, he explained the issues and kept me updated with information and photos. Zak is somebody you can trust to give you the right opinion and that you can trust with your safety. I have already recommended him to a neighbor. Zak’s a great guy and electrician and I hope the company values him for not just getting the job done but developing a loyal customer.
