Tech guy was good. After I paid the bill, it was clear he was trained what to say. Tech told me he was not on commission. I wanted the motion light to work, and my tree lights to work .tech called and the office wanted $400.00, I said could take less , office said $357.00. I thought there must be a lot involved to cost, materials-time .I paid.---- In no time at all, all was fixed. Tech guy said that if I ever had a problem, simply push this trip on the post for the trees and this trip in the garage for the back outside lights I asked your Rep if pushing those two trips was all he had to do to fix both problems. He said YES. You way over charged me. I am 82, but that is not the green light to gouge me or any of us. $157.00 is more than enough. You over charged me by at least $200.00, please take it off my card. I am a retired VP for American Express, and I know all of the channels. Please take care of this.
