My elderly mother had a kitchen remodel about 3 years ago. The contractor Gerry rigged the lights and claimed nothing more could be done. The switch finally died and we called Mr Sparky. Brandon was a real savior. He identified all the issues and told us our options. He was able to finally solve the problem and provide reliable lighting for the kitchen. I arrived at the property to complete previously estimated work by one of our service techs. After my arrival I performed the following task. I replaced four GFCI receptacles in the kitchen area as well as the exterior area of the house along with the garage area. Our previous tech performed a diagnostics in regards to GFCI receptacles not working which after troubleshooting the problem he found the issue regarding bad connections which he made the necessary repairs and the issue was resolved. I installed a switch leg along with a new keyless light fixture in the attic. I also installed a service disconnect for the water heater along with replacing the AC whip going to the water heater which I found there was no grounding conductor inside of the flex so I made the necessary repairs and also make sure that the water heater was properly bonded for the safety of our customer. Got to the property and spoke to Rhonda over the phone because she wasn’t present at the time. At the moment everything is up and running but here and there they lose power in most of the unit. After looking at the sub-panel inside the unit found out that the type of brand (Sylvania) that’s there is known to give problems. Suggested to the customer to replace this panel inside the unit with a new updated panel. Regarding the main electrical room where the main breaker is located for this unit and seems to cause the problem because of the same type of brand (Sylvania)) HOA has to get involved because the whole meter bank has to be replaced and it will effect more then one unit, minimum 5 of them.
