Got to the property and spoke to Rhonda over the phone because she wasn’t present at the time. At the moment everything is up and running but here and there they lose power in most of the unit. After looking at the sub-panel inside the unit found out that the type of brand (Sylvania) that’s there is known to give problems. Suggested to the customer to replace this panel inside the unit with a new updated panel. Regarding the main electrical room where the main breaker is located for this unit and seems to cause the problem because of the same type of brand (Sylvania)) HOA has to get involved because the whole meter bank has to be replaced and it will effect more then one unit, minimum 5 of them.
