Called to said home by Sammy Russo to inspect the main breaker panel. A prior inspection by some other entity found a few issues that needed to be addressed. After a brief safety walk-through, I checked said breaker panel and created a few options to address the current issues with said panel. A new grounding system needed, as well as an outside main disconnect. All my options avoided moving the meter box, or even requiring Alabama power to disconnect service, so as to save on inspections costs, time delays and hassle. While a panel Rejuvenation would certainly clean up the mess, the existing panel really needs to be replaced with a brand new ch panel.
