Ryan Ross, MS Safety Advisor, gave the us choice of $10K or $4.5K fix on our storm surge outage. Had to go for the $4.5K option for financial reasons. His review of our 14 year- old electric breaker box (Jun. 2005 new home by Centex) was professional and competent on our appointment date, taking about 1.25 hrs.. Jose Manon, Certified Technician, was assigned to do the work on same day, 3:30-6 p.m. He rejuvenated the circuit breaker box with new arc fault breakers, added a panel surge protector, and AC and CATV secondary surge protectors, plus, replaced 5 expired smoke detectors with option for home redevice to eliminate backstabs, Jose also changed out a 14 year old ballast fluorescent in our laundry utility room, bringing total paid to $4748.50. We thought the work was performed well but a bit more pricey for us seniors in our mid-80's. Just another day in Paradise ! Thank you for your service, MS.
