michael was polite knowledgeable and did a professional job.I was glad he wore a mask and shoe covering....as fo scheduling ,we were given a nov 20 noon to 4 window for which after waiting all day no one showed up.after a telephone call we were told we were not even on the schedule at all.VERY VERY UNHAPPY with that.
