Installed a client supplied floodlight for the rear of the home. Also inform client not to use indoor light bulbs outside.
Home maintenance done and informed of things that can use some car
Replaced a bad over sized breaker with a new correctly sized breaker for water heater currently installed.
Found burning wires from meter to main breaker in house panel. Gave a solution, pulled permit and solved the problem.
Replace bad Ground fault circuit interrupter and taped exposed current carrying conductor that was exposed.
Found burned wire in the junction box supplying the a/c disconnect.installed new wire from the junction box to the disconnect,recommended she replace the aluminum wire from the panel to the junction box with new copper wire,a/c now cooling the home.
