I have never had a better experience from an electrical contractor. They were here within the promised timeframe, to say nothing of the fact that they answered my call when I initially requested service. My electrician was Bruce Minnich, who was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He was also very willing to explain in detail my problem and how he was rectifying it. Found the exterior outlet s not working .in the garage found tripped GFCI outlet reset all power restored,showed customer where to reset GFCI outlet.iIn the closet under the stairway installed a 1 gang cut in box ,wire receptacle and wall plate,tied into existing closet circuit,all tests good.
Do a preventative maintenance of the electrical system.Tightened all the terminations in the electric panel.tested all outlets switches fans and lights,all tested good. Tested the 120 volt only smoke detectors they both tested ok but should be replaced in 2018.while I had my ladder out I replaced a burned out light bulb in the kitchen
Replaced old broken post light with new post light tested photocell all is working properly at this time
Installed a client supplied floodlight for the rear of the home. Also inform client not to use indoor light bulbs outside.
Replaced and upgraded re outlet and checked the wires.

Check under the Home for possums and strip the wires did not find any strip the wires the receptacle that the client claimed was not working was just a switched receptacle that she had turned off.
Went to the customers home to verify the work was completed from his home inspection.checked wires in the hot water heater and electrical panel all work was completed correctly.customer now has hot water.While in the panel found a circuit with the incorrect breaker size for that circuit also found a melted outlet on that circuit.installed new breaker and outlet all tested good
