We were called to replace a vanity light in a customer's Apex NC home. We went to the customer's home and found that the box was loose and needed to be secured. I removed the old box and replaced it with a new one, making sure that it was securely fastened. I then tested the light to make sure it was working properly. The customer was very happy with the work and thanked us for our help and professionalism.⚡️
We came out as an Emergency call in Apex for a smoke & carbon monoxide detector that kept going off the night prior and also this afternoon. The batteries were replaced and also three of the smoke detectors in the bedroom were also replaced. After some diagnostic, we replaced both combination detectors as they were about 9-10 years old.
Royal Electric is installing a new dedicated line for a dehumidifier. This will include a new GFCI breaker and outlet device with cover.
