We received a call from Planet Fitness, a well-known gym in the Triangle area. They mentioned they had some issues with the lighting. We went over to check it out and found out that there was a faulty ballast that needed to be replaced, But guess what? We fixed it! Now, the lighting is working perfectly, and everything is back to normal.
Mr. & Mrs. Borisow were having trouble with their landscape lights not functioning properly. They contacted the Royal Team to see if we could fix it. Upon troubleshooting, we found that their transformer was undersized and the circuit they were using was overloaded. We installed a new, weatherproof circuit and a new transformer that would be able to power all his lights ⚡️😁
Came out to replace a plug and an outlet during after hours for a fryer at Chic-fil-a for Steven! During our emergency call last night, we came to an agreement that it was best to replace both at once since it tripped the main breaker while unplugging the fryer.
Came out to a Chic-fil-a during after hours for some troubleshooting. Upon arrival the manager let me know that they unplugged a fryer and their whole electrical panel went out. I came to the conclusion that the main breaker tripped and it was due to a bad a plug on the fryer. We’ll be back to replace both the plug and receptacle for the customers ease for their restaurant!

Customer called because of a “burning smell” coming from laundry. Upon troubleshooting, we found a severely burnt dryer outlet. This is a fire hazard and should be handled by a licensed professional immediately. We supplied a new dryer outlet and a new breaker. Customer was very relieved to have gotten this hidden problem taken care of!
