Came out for an Emergency after hours call, customer didn’t have power in any of her kitchen outlets. After looking at the breaker panel, both kitchen circuit breakers were tripped due to an overload caused by multiple appliance running at once.
A customer called us to their home in Archer lodge NC. To troubleshoot some switches that weren’t working properly. We replaced them with new ones and wired them correctly. The customer was extremely satisfied with our work and speed!⚡️
We had a call come in from a customer in Raleigh NC. She mentioned her lights were out in the kitchen, dining room also the bathroom and bedroom towards the back of the house. We arrived and immediately began investigating the issue. After some troubleshooting, We discovered that the switches were the culprit. We fixed the issue and made sure all the wiring was secure and correctly. She was extremely satisfied with the results and very grateful.⚡️

Came out to do some troubleshooting for a customer who previously had a house remodel, and thought they had a dedicated circuit for their Sauna but was actually fed off the bathroom circuit. An estimate was provided to run a dedicated 20 Amp circuit for their sauna.
