Rachel called us out because she was concerned of her service not being grounded properly. She also mentioned how her lights sometimes flickered when the stove or her A/C turned on. We recommended that she upgraded her service from a 200 Amp to a 400A amp and then that would also solve her grounding issue. We also upgraded her lighting in her garage to actual shop lights. Mr. Kemp called us because he was getting no power to his water pump. After testing the voltage we were able to determine that the line feeding his pump had broken underground. The Royal Team came and dug a new 70 ft trench and dropped in a new, burial-resistant line with a new, weather resistant outlet, and a new breaker to go with it.⚡️😁
