Louis was available on the afternoon of the day I filled out the web form. Louis replaced a hall outlet which had sparked over a month ago and killed my hallway light that I never got around to fixing; installed a ceiling fan on my front porch which I bought probably four months ago and never got around to installing it, AND installed a whole house surge protector which we've been meaning to have done since we moved here a dozen years ago. He completed all the work within 2.5 hours, and cleaned up to boot!
