Hunter is very informed, experience, and nice. He arrived with his apprentice, Jackson. They installed our new A/C and new thermostats, answered all my questions and left everything looking great. It’s always important to have someone you trust come into your house. Especially when it comes to the most important features of your home.

Justin and his crew did a great job on my water line repair/replacement. They came to inspect the line and quote the job the same day that I made my appointment online, and they fixed it all the next day! If I hadn’t been able to follow the white paint dots they left in my grass to mark the path of my old water pipe, it would have been hard to tell where they dug up my yard. That’s how tidy they were!

Prompt and efficient. Called ahead and was on time. Diagnosed the significant issues quickly, provided and estimate, and got to work right away. They were extremely courteous and professional, always wearing floor protectors over their boots, being careful not to cause any damage, and cleaned up after their work. They showed exactly (with pictures), what they were going to do, and then showed in person and with pics what they had done. I would definitely use them again.

Arrived on site for an active leak originating from the piping beneath the kitchen sink. During today’s evaluation, it was determined that the kitchen faucet was leaking internally and was beyond repair. Additionally, both hot water supply stops, one serving the kitchen faucet and one serving the dishwasher, we found to be heavily corroded. The cold water supply stop was also corroded and showing signs of deterioration. The homeowner was shown the condition of the faucet and supply stops and elected to move forward with replacement of the kitchen faucet, along with all associated hot and cold supply stops to prevent future leaks. Further evaluation of the plumbing system revealed the home water pressure to be at 100 psi, which exceeds recommended operating pressure and can contribute to premature plumbing failures. The existing PRV was also found to be corroded and no longer operating reliably. We replaced the PRV and installed a new expansion tank on the existing three year old water

We came out today due to the homeowners washing machine creating a flood during the cold snap causing water damage below. We completed a walkthrough regarding the electrical and the areas of the flooding and this is what has been deemed to get wet and needs to be replaced: -Laundry Room- The washer and dryer circuit had gotten wet and we noticed that the dryer receptacle was located in the same box as the washing machine receptacle. We removed the box and installed a new box, receptacle and plate for the washing machine and we also moved the dryer circuit away from the washer and installed a new receptacle, box and plate. After installing we tested the circuits for power. We noticed that both of the devices do not have GFCI protection and it is recommended to have protection at the panel protecting these circuits. -Dining Room- The chandelier has water mark at the box indicating that water was present at that location. The light is working and should be replaced. I checked the near b

Dani had originally come out to the bensons home because they were having high pressure issues. It had been missed on the original visit that the bensons did not have an expansion tank installed on their plumbing system. This caused the pressure to rapidly spike anytime the water heater began to fire. This put extra pressure on the bensons fixtures within their home causing faucets to drip and cartridges to fail. In order to correct this I installed a new expansion tank on their water heater. During this Job I also swapped a kitchen faucet for a new one because the old one had failed due to the high pressure. Upon my completion everything was found to be leak free and pressure within the home returned to a normal psi.
