We replace three switches and an outlet in the bathroom area.
Upon arrival, customer notified me that one of the breakers was tripped for his pool pump. Customer reset the breaker and noticed that the pump appears to be stalled. I notified the customer that he will need to contact a repair person to have this looked at further. Customer does not have any GFCI protection for the existing circuits coming off of the pool pump. The pool pump is currently maxed out so we will need to replace the panel in order to accommodate for GFCI protection. In one of the estimates, we will give the customer and option for surge protection for the pool location.
For this job we troubleshot two tripping breakers. One was for the laundry room and the other was for the gate at the front of the driveway. Laundry room breaker was a GEN 2 GFCI breaker and we replaced it with GEN 6 dual function. Everything functions as it should. Customer had recently had a new fence put in the front yard and after inspections we determined that the fence company hit the UF cable powering the gate. Left estimates to install a new circuit in pvc pipe from the left hand side of the home to the gate at the front of the driveway. Total length is right around 300ft. Also left estimates to install a whole home generator on the left hand side of the home while the basement is still unfinished. Will give a 50% discount on the trenching for gate if customer moves forward with whole home generator estimate.
Homeowner had TE replace water heater during previous visit. This visit today was to install the recirculating pump, cross over tee, new service valves, replace the venting with double wall, insulate the water lines. Pressurized system and verified the connections. Went over the options with the pump.

For this job we installed new outlets behind the tv in two upstairs bedrooms. Pulled power from the attic for the outlets. Everything is on dual functions breakers in the main panel. Also installed a Lutron caseta dimmer with a pico remote in the study on the second level to control bookshelf lighting once installed. Also added a new outlet and large recessed media box behind a tv on the first floor. Mounted and programmed customer supplied car charger as well.
Sold job to replace the meter bae outside as well as adding a car charger. Added the Tesla universal charger and installed a 60 amp breaker for the unit. The Tesla charger was commissioned and downloaded onto her home in the Tesla app. She is having the car arrive next week so we were unable to plug it in today. Charger is receiving 240 volts and she was shown how to connect and disconnect the universal charging adapter. We need to return on 03/02/26 to finish the remaining work. The work remaining is replacing the outside meter base(no disconnect) with a new one and the power drop is scheduled for 03/02. A split job was left with a remaining balance of $1242 which will need to be collected on our return trip.
Installed customer supplied insinkerator instant hot with faucet. Swapped hot and cold supply lines for kitchen and bar sink faucets per customers request. This swap was performed as a courtesy. Adjusted shower cartridge in master shower as a courtesy. Customer was complaining about water going from very hot to cold and not being able to have a warm area when adjusting shower handle. Customer is going to test after adjustment that was made today. If issue isn’t resolved then further work may be required and is not covered under the payment for scope of work performed today Tested work and everything looks good at this time. Separate neutral and ground install gfci protection
Replaced cold straight stop for laundry room sink that was previously leaking. Turned water back on to home, aired the system out and checked for leaks. Everything is functioning properly.
