Customer called us out for a garbage disposal replacement. Customer already had a garbage disposal provided. This was a commercial style three-quarter horsepower garbage disposal. I did let the customer know that this would require some altering to the pipes under the kitchen sink to install the new unit. I was successfully able to install new garbage disposal. I tested everything and made sure kitchen sink was draining properly and everything is operating properly at this time. **** I set up an appointment for an electrician to come out and install a new outlet under the kitchen sink for this new garbage disposal.*****

Replace faulty GEN2 CH dual function breaker
I came back to trouble shoot a wireless switch and found out it was on a photocell, not a bad part. I install a new peco switch for the exterior light as well
Customer has a fire pit inside his pool. The burner rusted and fell off. Customer removed rocks. I troubleshot the fire pit and discovered the entire pipe is rusted out. Customer will need to call a pool company at this point to remove fire pit before any more work can be done.
Replaced a ceiling fan and provided a ceiling fan slope kit.

Called out for leak on toilet. Upon arrival, found toilet fill valve would no longer shutoff. Talked with customer and decided to replace it with a new Kohler toilet. Also found 50 gallon gas water heater from 2014 met with customer and customer selected to install new Rheem 8 year water heater. Cut out old water heater and replaced it with new one with new shutoffs and expansion tank. Ran new double wall vent in space for water heater as well. Checked for leaks. No leaks were found. Removed old toilet and replaced with new one. Checked for leaks. No leaks were found. Caulked base of toilet. Cleaned work area.

Troubleshoot Power Outage and Repair
Replaced failed water heater with a new 6 gallon electric. Repiped as needed. Installed customer supplied faucet at pool bar sink. New faucet is a lavatory faucet. It replaced a kitchen faucet. Homeowner is aware of this. Tested for leaks and function, all good. No warranty on customer supplied fixtures. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.
Troubleshoot can light not working and replace- install new dimmer switch
Powder room vanity cold and hot supply stops are leaking. Customers are replacing the vanity top and were going to wait until we came back to install the faucet but the leak was only getting worse. Replaced hot and cold supply stops.
Home owner had a failing fill valve. We did a minor rebuild replacing fill valve, supply line and o-ring tower seal. Once it was replaced it was function checked and leak checked with no leaks present. Thank you for choosing te certified.
Customer had a shower that was constantly dripping in master bathroom. Tested water pressure and it was at 50psi. Replaced shower cartridge. Tested and everything is working as it should at this time. Purged air out of plumbing system. Informed customer about 10 year old water heater and shark bite fittings currently installed above water heater. Provided customer with water heater replacement options. Customer stated she had pressure regulator replaced within the last two years. Explain to customer that regulator that another company installed is a lower quality regulator that is prone to failing.
