I was so frustrated and at my wits end as our brand new kitchen renovation was having drainage issues. Call TE Certified . Jay Gomez was our plumber. He methodically diagnosed our kitchen sink clog and work effectively to clean our drain line. After two power flushing instances it drained perfectly! No prior attempt worked but thanks to Jay, we can now enjoy our kitchen.

Performed 1 system cooling diagnostics on the upstairs AC system. I found that the drain line water safety was dripped due to the drain line having almost no slope and running up under the supply plenum because the evaporator coil was installed backwards/ facing the roof line. I rest the drain safety switch and the system ran. Previous tech diagnosed the system having a refrigerant leak near the end of last summer. The unit is 13 years old and runs on r-410a and parts (evaporator coils) are obsolete. I also found that the supply plenum has holes in it and is leaking conditioned air into the attic. I advised the homeowner that if the AC coil unit got replaced we could install the new evaporator coil the correct direction and as slope to the drain line and install new plenums. I also gave the homeowner the option of me to remove the inline water safety switch all together so it would stop tripping; but he would be left without flood protection. Homeowner had 12 year old water heater in the garage that was not operating properly. Gave options for replacement. Homeowner decided to replace with new 50 gallon standard gas tank heater. We drained and removed the tank. Piped in the new tank. New 1/4 turn shut off valve on the water. Once everything was connected we pressurized the water and gas systems. Verified all connections. We will be returning to replace the venting, install a recirculating pump, and insulate the piping.

Upon arrival, homeowner stated that steam humidifier (model Aprilare 800) was making a knocking noise with usage. After thorough research and diagnosis, found that system is not meant to be operated with cold water due to solenoid valve opening and closing rapidly to cause water hammer. Removed shut off valve off of hot water line and installed to cold water line. Installed whole home Halo 5 water filtration system. Flushed 5 gallon gas water heater.

I was called out to Eric’s house to clean the heat pump, evaporator coil, wheel, and install two superboost with contactors.
I pulled the toilet and reworked the drain line for a new flange and after the customer had reset the flooring, I returned to cut a new flange in and set the toilet back. I tested thoroughly to ensure there were no leaks and that everything is working properly
For this job we installed an Emporia EV Charger in the garage. We came out of the main panel on the right side wall of garage and ran up the wall and due to no access above main panel we had to come out at the top of the wall into a 3/4” LB and pipe down roughly 6 1/2” feet into another 3/4” LB into the ceiling and pop into the attic above the garage and run the wire over to the front center of the garage between both garage doors and drill down and run the wire down the wall and out into the EV charger. We also installed an Emporium load monitor and clamps on most circuits in the main panel so the customer can look at his amp readings on his phone to communicate with the car charger.
