I was so frustrated and at my wits end as our brand new kitchen renovation was having drainage issues. Call TE Certified . Jay Gomez was our plumber. He methodically diagnosed our kitchen sink clog and work effectively to clean our drain line. After two power flushing instances it drained perfectly! No prior attempt worked but thanks to Jay, we can now enjoy our kitchen.

Homeowner is in the process of remodeling the upstairs bathroom. Today I replaced the shower valve customer supplied. Made all connections and pressurized the system. Verified connections.
Replaced 3 outdoor GFCI receptacles. 2 of the 3 receptacles did not have power we will have to come back and do a diagnosis. We installed/replaced 3 HOMELINE gfci breakers in pool sub panel outside in the backyard. We also installed 3 duplex outlets in the garage and ran pvc in the garage, we came off an existing circuit in the garage.
Install two new 50 gallon natural gas water heaters with new ball valves drip pans, and thermal expansion tanks. Both heaters are piped in parallel and meet local code requirements. Both heaters have been equipped with extra anode rods to extend warranties. Technician also installed a new comfort pump on water heater that will save water and customer will also get hot water to fixtures quicker. In addition technician also reworked plumbing in crawl space so the pipes that were once hanging are now strapped and properly insulated. Technician also installed two new hose bibs with their own designated ball valves. After all work was performed technician then restored water back to the home, checked for leaks and found none. Technician also isolated, remodeled guest bathroom, shower due to the fixture, creating a cross connection between hot and cold lines, in which the whole house was experiencing sudden cold to hot fluctuations. Advised customer of this issue.
I arrived to the customers home and he has been experiencing backups since he moved in a few years ago. It was diagnosed by one of our technicians that he had tree roots growing in at his sewer tap, which he chose to go with another company for a Band-Aid jetting solution. Today we were called out because there’s discoloration around the wood floors and he suspects there to be an issue under the slab of his home. For this reasoning, I pulled the whole bathroom toilet and ran a camera inspection all the way up to the county tap, but was unsuccessful in finding any obstructed areas of piping. There was a small root hair at the county tap, but he was not interested in having that issue addressed. I used a moisture meter and was able to find moisture in the surrounding areas of the master bathroom toilet, which is unrelated to the discoloration. I also found water pooling under his living area, which runs alongside the sewer main exiting the home. As of now, I was unable to make any diagno
Customer was experiencing blockage in basement toilet. Tested fixtures and found that mainline was backed up. Pulled toilet and ran sewer machine to clear blockage successfully. Camera inspection scheduled for today 2-5.

For this job I replaced 2 tub/shower trims in the upstairs and hall bathroom. I also replaced both of the over flow trims for the same bathrooms. I replaced the shower head in the basement bathroom. All fixtures were supplied by customer. As a courtesy I fixed a sprayer in the garden tub in master bath and I also installed correctly a shower head in the master bath. I tested and left work area clean.
This customer had a failed leaking shut off valve for their rear hosebibb, I cut out the old one and reinstalled a new shut off valve as well as removed an old expansion tee that was not in use anymore. I tested thoroughly to ensure that everything is working properly and there were no leaks
Replaced p trap and basket strainer with three new water stop valves for the kitchen faucet. After work was completed I turned the water on, tested for leaks and proper function. Everything is good at this time. Thank you for choosing TE Certified

For this job I replaced a pressure regulator that was leaking, I removed old and installed an upgraded PRV. I set new pressure regulator 65 psi. I tested and left work area clean. I left quote on a water monitoring device.
Replaced delta monitor diverter stem in upstairs bathroom that was leaking when the shower was turned on. Top ball cartridge behind handle looked in good condition but they may need to replace it later down the road.
