Excellent and thorough with attention to detail. Austin explained everything clearly to me during the installation process. The job was well done, efficient and clean. I was able to get fast service with Rusty who did a thorough diagnosis on Saturday from Rubin on Sunday who was able to explain my options and price comparisons. As a result, I was able to make the right decision for me and my budget. Rusty and Rubin were great. Also, a shout out to Fernando who worked on the installation. Overall, I believe that I received a great price and stellar service.

Adam and Parker did an outstanding job for us. They installed outdoor lighting, and added and moved outlets to more accessible locations inside. We’ve seen Adam supervise and train newer employees over the last several years, and his vigilance of their work, positive encouragement and feedback has to have been a major factor in the growth of your company.

Upon arrival, we could clearly see the leak on the right side of the driveway. We shut the water off at the meter and then further excavated to determine what was going on. We discovered the leak was on an irrigation line. This irrigation line appears to be supplying the water to the solenoid valves. We searched for the irrigation isolation box and could not find it. We provided an estimate in order to cap off the irrigation line and restore water to the home. Upon approval, we dug on the left side of the driveway and found the irrigation service line. At that point, we cut a section of the pipe out in order to determine which way the water was coming from and confirm that we would be capping off the right line. After making the repair, we tested everything for leaks and proper function Note: We are leaving estimates for replacement of the water service line due to the fact that it is PVC, which is prone to cracking and breaking overtime. It is also not a good thing at all that we
Replace shower shower cartridge in master shower, replace shower cartridge in hallway bathroom
Customer reported an unknown water leak that was soaking the carpet in the master bedroom. We previously installed the shower valve in the adjacent bathroom, so today I began by removing the shower valve trim to inspect the valve for any visible leaks. No active leak was found at the valve. With the customers approval, I open the wall behind the shower on the master bedroom side of further investigate. At that point, I located the source of the leak coming from the main waterline rising up from the slat. The piping was identified as polybutylene. I advised the customer that, due to the presence of polybutylene piping, the best long-term solution for peace of mind be a full home re-pipe to avoid future leaks and potential water damage. Replacement options for the entire home waterlines were discussed. At this time, Mrs. elected to proceed with repairing only the leaking section today and not move forward with a full re-pipe. The repair was completed and tested, and no further leaks
Upon arrival and approval will be began the The previously quoted work of fixing the toilet and replacing the pressure regulator. After replacing the pressure regulator, we check to make sure that the thermal expansion tanks were working properly. They were not. We move forward with replacing the thermal expansion tanks. There were 22 gallon expansion tanks And installed one 4 gallon expansion tank. Tested everything for leaks and proper function no further issues at this time Note: We are leaving an estimate for replacement of the water heaters due to age. They are 10 years old. We are also leaving two estimates for replacing the recirculating pump at the time of the water heater replacement.
Customers upstairs children's bathroom tub was slowly dripping. They also wanted to have the pop up.Drain for the same tub replaced. The shutoff for the house was in a very high spot. I suggested that they have a new ball valve installed. That was lower and more accessible. A customer agreed. I turned the water off to the house and and installed this single handle shower cartridge after draining the house. Retrieved said items and brought back and installed. Afterwards I installed a ball valve on the water.Main. I then installed the new drain, pop up for the bathroom and then turned the water on to the house and primed all of the air out of the lines. Check for leaks no leaks. I then checked aerators. And made sure everything was flowing properly. Thank you for choosing and trusting t e with your plumbing needs
Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Today we came out for bonus room not heating 2000 Lennox 60k with matching 2 ton ac R22. Cycled equipment from thermostat found fan running non stop. Checked all safeties they were closed upon further evaluation of equipment found failed board with bottom of board melted. Inspected heat exchanger with digital camera found severe metal fatigue, hot spots and rust. Heat exchanger is compromised and part is obsolete. Gas piping at furnace is not up to current code, there is minimal flood protection and client has ductboard plenums. Equipment also uses obsolete r22 refrigerant that has been mandated by the federal government. Scheduled install supervisor to give options on updating equipment system is over 25 years old
Replaced leaking prv. Left estimates for new water heater.
Replaced damaged outdoor receptacles along with new bubble covers for each. We siliconed each bubble cover to help prevent moisture from getting in in the future.
Replace 2 2 pole breakers for hvac units and add whole home surge protection AC unit trips intermittently .
Performed diagnostic on air handler. Heat strips were over sized which caused wire to melt. Swapped out the heat strips to appropriate size. Cleaned the evaporator coil and added blue tube. System is working properly at this time.

TE certified will saw cut and replace approximately 10 feet of sewer line located under the driveway, and the pour back of concrete
Performed HomeCare routine maintenance inspection on 5 month old Rheem system that operates for upper level and 11 y/o 2-zone Lennox system that operates for main and basement levels. Checked amp draws. Cleaned flame sensors. Cleared pressure switch tubings. Drain lines are clear. Apco Ultras are operational. iWave are operational. Replaced Model 413CBN media filters with Model 413 media filters to increase airflow with less restriction from carbon filtration. Noticed that ductwork for main and basement system is insufficient for system size. System is also single stage and should be 2-stage for zoning. Adjusted dampers to relieve some air pressure during operation. Condenser electrical components are good. Informed customer of all findings. Systems are currently working.
Customer will have Jack and Jill toilet removed prior to arrival. Will perform camera inspection to visually see drain piping under slab. Replaced flange and installed flush with floor. Replaced isolation valve and also cleared build up. Installed customer supplied toilet. Tested with no issues.
Replaced water pressure regulator located in the basement. Set pressure to 68psi. System was pressurized and tested with no issues. As a courtesy I connected a supply line to an already installed Toto bidet. I am also attempting to locate a shower diverter for the master bathroom shower and I will reach out to client once I have the correct part and pricing.
