Justin and his crew did a great job on my water line repair/replacement. They came to inspect the line and quote the job the same day that I made my appointment online, and they fixed it all the next day! If I hadn’t been able to follow the white paint dots they left in my grass to mark the path of my old water pipe, it would have been hard to tell where they dug up my yard. That’s how tidy they were!

The customer previously had a back up in two bathroom groups. I camera’s the line to find what appeared to be dried paint and she told me she had hired painters, a few months ago, but that bathroom is never used. There was toilet paper caught up on it. I also talked to her about benefits of a pressure assistance toilet popper cap. The customer chose to have us jet the inside and outside Monday and have me install a sewer popper cap today
For this job I completed a full home plumbing inspection. During my visit I also completed a tankless water heater flush. I also replace the outside hosebib in the front of the home and added a vacuum break as a courtesy . I tested and left work area clean. As a courtesy I also tightened toilet base to floor in half bath and installed 2 aerators in master bath faucets.
Install circuit for new TE installed tankless water heater
For this job we installed 3 Bromic heaters on back deck and put them on 30amp qo breakers. We also finished trim out of back deck which included installing 2 flood lights, 4 weather rated outlets with weather rated covers, 4 can light LED trims, a ceiling fan installed on back deck and we replaced coach light by back deck door. We also installed the contactor box in the basement for the Bromic heaters. We installed 2 Peco remotes inside by back door to control back deck fan and back deck can lights and the master switches is in the basement.
Replaced old exterior hose bibbs with 1/4 turn hose bibbs at clients request. Cut out old piping under the kitchen sink and ran new pipe and fittings to connect the new spigot. Installed new 1/4 turn isolation valve and check both new hose bibbs for leaks and proper function. Also installed code required vacuum breakers.
Troubleshoot wall oven with no power. Install box extension and ground box for wall oven. Install Polaris lugs for oven tap. Everything tested and working properly.
Customer called us out for a mainline blockage. I tested the line and it was still holding water. I then checked water heater and house pressure. Water heater was 20 years old and house pressure was 100psi. Customer did not want these looked at today. I recommended running a cable machine down the line to clear the blockage. Customer agreed. I ran it down 10 times with different heads before finally clearing the line. I pulled up some roots and wipes.
We came out today due to the customers foyer fixture hanging by the wires. I went Upstiars and was able to grab the light and cut the wire back along with separate the chain to remove the fixture safely. The customer had a new fixture to be installed so we set up a tall ladder and assembled and installed the customer supplied fixture on an existing box. We also installed the customer supplied light bulbs and tested the fixture. The customer has another fixture to be installed on the high ceiling but a special ladder is needed due to the stairwell.
Excavate area on left of side of home between first and last flag. Remove clean out below grade marked with first flag and attach new 4” sch 40 piping with slight turn towards street. Extend piping to last flag and install 6” clean out. Test operation and backfill with gravel/dirt. Will also provide extra dirt to bring area back to grade.
Replace failed gate valve with a new ball valve as the whole home shutoff. As I am doing this I will also completely flush the water heater. Once completed everything was checked for leaks and the water heater was refilled and ignited. Everything functions properly.
-Install 2 large new fixtures over island moving one to the right with a new box and running a new wire in between. -install new light in dining room and extend wire additional 2’.
Replace living room fan/ light combo. Replace master bedroom fan/light combo. Didn’t not have to replace boxes. Fan boxes were already present. Everything tested and working properly.
Performed customer 3 system fall (HEAT) homecare maintenance check Changed qty 3 (16x25x1) system filters All units are the same age 3 gas furnaces are 9 years old, ac and coil is 9 years old. Checked over all operations of all three units, all three are in the same condition blower wheels were dirty, there is no in line flood protection on drain lines, units need a wet pan emergency flood switch. Cleaned all three flame sensor, cleaned all three pressure switch tube ports, checked amps on inducer draft motor and blower motor on all three units and found no issues. Inside of cabinets for all three systems are clean. Recommend adding Uv light to pair up with the ionizer that are already installed in system, this will help keep equipment clean. Recommend cleaning all 3 blower wheels and adding In line flood protection and emergency wet pan switch to all three units. All three units are heating at this time. Customer signed up for 3 system homecare maintenance.
Removed failed 50 gallon gas water heater in the basement and replaced with Short 50 Gallon 6 year water heater. Short heater was required to correct the improperly pitched venting. Reworked water, gas, and vent lines to accomodate the new water heater and installed a new thermal expansion tank and isolating shutoff valve. New water heater was installed in a drip pan. Set expansion tank pressure to 70 psi and water heater temp to factory recommended 120°F. Tested for leaks and proper function of the system.
