For this job, we worked on troubleshooting kitchen outlets not working. We replaced defective/aged devices in the kitchen.

Today we performed a minor rebuild on the downstairs toilet
Customer called us out for two clogged toilets. On arrival one toilet had cleared itself and the other was still clogged. I ran water in the tub to see if it was a branch line issue or an issue with the toilet. The toilet was the issue. I recommended clearing it with a closet auger. Customer agreed. I ran the closet auger down the line and successfully cleared the toilet. Tested the toilet and cleaned up the area. Customers water heater was not interested in a quote for their water heater.
Install chandelier and new lighting for garage
For this job I replaced a leaking water heater with a new one. Installed a water heater pan, new thermal expansion tank, gas supply valve be line. Tested with no leaks.
Performed a no heat diagnostic. Found tripped roll out switch. Inspected heat exchangers no rust or sign of damage found. No Te flood protection on system. Also theirs rust below inducer and saw connections from flue pipe to exhaust is leaking water. Flue pipe is incorrectly pitched. Replace main floor damper. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.
Installed new Rheem 50 gallon gas Platinum water heater with a 12 year warranty. Also installed an ion6 water treatment filter on the cold water supply. Installed a new badger5 3/4 horsepower disposal. Everything was tested with no issues.
This will be getting rid of br panels all together, removing panels and updating to qo system. No more random trips, no more breaker failures.

Today we came out and performed hvac inspection on two systems, flushed drain lines and treated. Replaced filters, cleaned fuel rails, cleaned flame sensors and inducer ports. Inspected all electrical components and connections took amp draws on all motors. Checked gas pressures, inspected all ductwork and checked all thermostats. Checked all operations and left equipment operational. Main level system has ductboard plenums and both systems have no IAQ will attach estimates for all.
Installed whole home surge protection in electrical subpanel located in the basement gym room. We use a flush mount kit, so the surge protector is recessed into the wall and appears like it was built with the home. We installed a 50 amp two pole Siemens breaker as an overcurrent protection device. After installation we tested the surge protector to make sure that it operated as intended and it does. We installed a new RAB floodlight on the backside of the customer’s home. We used an existing floodlight outlet and replaced it with a new floodlight and provided bulbs. We installed a pico switch at the back door location and installed a communicator switch in the living area next to the kitchen. After installation, we tested the floodlight and both of the pico switches. Photos show that the floodlight operates as intended, and the pico switches operate the floodlight correctly.
