Excellent service. Punctual, communicative, and great work. I installed a tankless water pump and needed to upgrade my gas line. Max worked independently and efficiently to take care of me same day. He was a pleasure to work with and his work is top notch. Not the cheapest but I highly recommend and would use again. HH

We had a complicated gas line issue to our outside kitchen. Once we were able to finally find the shut off valve to make the repair, Steven Wheeler helped us figure out the best plan to give us access and re-route and repair. It has been a long process (still not finished—waiting for city inspection) but after Steven gave us the plan and executed it we couldn’t be happier! He worked quickly and kept us informed along the way. We would have him work for us any day!! Thank you!!

Installation of new outdoor rated panel along with circuitry for new recessed cans, ceiling fan and a 240v Infratech wall mounted heater.
I installed a new outlet for the tv in the basement and installed (2) customer supplied switches for the hallway bathroom.
Replaced two hose spigots. First spigot is located on the left side of the garage. I cut a hole in the garage for access to the piping. The home owner provided an access panel that I installed to cover the hole. The second spigot is located on the back patio. I cut a small hole in the master bedroom wall for access. This hole is going to be repaired by the customer. I sealed around both of the new spigots with clear silicone and wrapped the pipe with insulation.
Called to inspect a potential leak in the kitchen ceiling. Checked said area where the discoloration and cracked paint was and found that it was dry. Set up plastic and surrounding area to protect floors and cabinets. Pulled down ceiling can light to see area being affected by potential leak before cutting drywall and found that there are no drains or water lines in the area to cause a leak. Ran fixtures in bathroom upstairs to try to locate where they were by sound and found that they were approximately 4 to 6 feet away from the affected area. Informed the homeowner that could potentially just be bad paint that caused the slight discoloration and cracking. It was not necessary to cut the drywall due to being able to see through the can light into the ceiling. Thank you for trusting TE certified with all your plumbing needs.
Removed undersized flapper for main level bathroom toilet. Installed 3” flapper and tested several times with no issues. Also adjusted fill valve height to allow for better flush when activated.
Reworked gas line for stove and ran new section of TracPipe gas line inside the wall to gain clearance for the new stove. Removed old black iron and added isolating shutoff valves. Secured gas line properly and tested for leaks and proper operation. Relit the water heater and all other necessary pilot lights.
I replace a sauna light fixture inside the sauna that factory had sent out. He will call the sauna specialist to troubleshoot their equipment
Replace recalled challenger panel with qo 42 space panel, install dual function breakers on all 120 amp circuits, install whole home surge protection, GFCI requirements will be met by installing dual function breakers
Install new 50 gal gas water heater. This water heater is being installed because the old one was 10 years old and had multiple parts that needed to be replaced. The old unit had a failed expansion tank causing the tnp to disperse water leading to an excessively high water bill. Upon presenting options The Farley’s opted to replace the old unit entirely. This new unit was installed entirely using double wall venting, all copper water lines and two new shutoff valves installed. Everything was brought up to code upon installation of the new unit.
Conducted electrical troubleshoot.
We installed a new outlet in the dining room beside the fireplace for the TV. We also replaced the outlet next to it that we pulled from with an AFCI outlet. We installed a new recessed light in the hallway. We installed two sconce lights outside. One of which needed a new box. We installed a new customer supplied dimmer in the office. We also installed a new light fixture in the basement above the stairs.
Replace Ceiling Fans In Bedroom, add new boxes for ceiling fans, replace bad gfci in basement, replace light in bathroom, add switched outlet in foyer, add outlet in kitchen.
Installing various light fixtures to accent wall art
Replace pop-up assembly in upstairs guest bathroom
For this job I did a gas search, found a gas line that had been cut and covered up behind the siding. It went to a gas grill that got eliminated but never capped off. I capped the gas line, home owner will put access panel for if they ever want to use in the future. Tested for leaks and left work area clean from my debris.
