This is the second time we have used TE Certified Plumbing and we requested the very pleasant gentleman, Arlon, who came out the first time. The second visit for an entirely different problem was resolved quickly and professionally and again the technician was most pleasant to deal with.

I was sent out to discuss water quality but when I arrived I found the client had extremely low water pressure and volume. After speaking with client I learned there was water service work completed at the other end of the building which required the water to be shut off to the entire complex. After completion of the work is when client found sediment in the toilet tanks, discolored water coming from the fixtures, low pressure and volume. I cleared debris from the aerators and shower heads, replaced all the toilet fill valves but still had the same issue. I pulled and cleaned the PRV inline filter with the same results. I replaced the PRV but found the problem was worse than before. I tried several different things to get the water flowing but was unable to get it flowing normally. I attempted to find a meter box for the building to replace the gate valve water stop for the unit but learned that there is none and the entire complex would need to be shut down. TE does not turn w
Met with customer and spoke with them regarding the issue they were experiencing. Customer’s kitchen sink has been backing up and a supervisor was out earlier to inspect and recommended a Jetter to clear the line. We arrived and presented the customer with an estimate to Hydrojet the sink along with a bottle of Endure. Customer agreed and after getting signature approval we began work. Ran hydro jetter and chain machine both through the line and were unable to get past a turn/bend in the line. Upon further inspection we found that there is a u-bend in the piping that will not allow our machines or Jetter to get past it. We also attempted to plunge the sink but were unsuccessful. We informed the customer of the u-bend and that replacement of that section of pipe will likely be necessary. A sewer supervisor will return Monday to give estimates for the repair. Customer is satisfied and only paid for the bottle of Endure for today’s visit since we were unable to clear the line we did not c

Michael from leak detection was here and located the leak for me which was in front of the meter. We excavated the pipe and cleared the dirt and debris in order to assess the leak. It appears that the meter box has been run over by something extremely heavy, which caused the meter to shift down, which broke the coupling that the pipe was pushed into vent the PVC pipe And also pulled the fitting off of the pipe, causing the leak. No indication of parts failure. It looks like parts were damaged advised customer to seek reimbursement through Georgia Power, as it appears very evident that there is damage caused by the recent work that they have done. I left the customer with the damaged parts For reference if Georgia power needs them. Customer may also reach out to me if they need me to speak with Georgia Power again
Made sure outlets previously exposed to water were good, installed two new ring flood lights, installed outlet for fridge in garage, and disconnected security system from electrical system.

Replaced angle stop to upstairs guest bathroom jack n jil toilet. Rebuild on toilet in jack n jil toilet- replace flapper and fill valve, and supply line. Increased temperature scald guard adjustment on shower in upstairs guest bathroom and master bathroom.
Performed inspection for main floor/basement. Has 2 zone system for main floor and basement . Found dirty filter aprilaire 401. Dirty blower wheel. No te flood protection. No drain pan for system. Out of tolerance capacitor for indoor blower and for outdoor system. Inducer and blower are drawing high amps. Improper drain line has both primary and secondary connected together including dehumidifier drainline. Improper hardpipe gas connection and gas flex. Dirty condenser coil. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
We were called out due to leaks on a shutoff valve and prv in the utility area due to freeze breaks. We replaced the shutoff located downstream of the PRV, and the PRV. We then found that the main shutoff located where the water enters the building in the general area had failed and would not open. We also replaced this main shutoff valve and restored water to the warehouse. We recommend that in the future, a heat source is placed in this utility room when temperatures are below freezing.

Today we came out to the home to do a quality control visit on the generator we installed. I also setup the maintenance plan for the generator. Thank you for your continued business.
I came out to investigate an issue with an outside outlet that was not giving power. This was an older GFCI outlet that had failed as well as the old box being rusted and not securely fastened. I replaced the box with a new box as well as replacing the GFCI outlet. I also installed silicone around the box to keep any water from getting inside and having this happen again. I’m including a place to replace the one spotlight that is broken as well as a price for replacing all of them since they are getting older and damaged by the weather and it is likely others will start to fail. The wires inside the broken one were very cracked so can be a cause for tripping your GFCI outlet. Thank you for using TE certified electrical!Veaya
