Replace the leaking water service to the house with a new black poly waterline. Roughly 130 feet, trench the entire line via dig team, run through the penetration with soft copper and replace the PRV and Main shutoff. Replace meter nipple and dual check at the meter. Verified there were no leaks and purged any debris out of the line. Backfilled and put back pinestraw in front of the house. Installed a new hose bib shutoff as a courtesy
Existing ejector pump non-functional. Cut the drywall to access the pit, and pump. Remove the lid, ball & check valve, and the pump, as well as clean the surrounding area. Install new ejector pump, ball & check valve, and lid connecting back to the existing discharge. Fill basin and run the pump multiple times to test.
Replaced kitchen sink faucet. Tested without leaks no leaks for failures at time of service.
Replace the overloaded and dangerous challenger panel with a 54space Square d panel with a lifetime manufacturers warranty as well as a lifetime workmanship warranty. Included in this project we will install dual function breakers, hardwired smoke detectors where currently not in code, and whole home surge protection per city of Milton requirements.
Came to customers home to inspect the main waterline for iron piping. Dug by the meter and found that the customer had a PVC main waterline. Customer inquired about a filter for his home and we informed him we do provide and install whole home filters. He was happy to hear and was eager to have one installed. We cut out and replaced the PRV with a new PRV. Installed a new Halo 5 unit in the basement of the customers home. Went through the regen/flush cycles in the new filter. Flushed out all fixtures in the home.
Arrived on site and customer stated they had no hot water. When we arrived we checked both heaters and found that the heaters were not lit. We did a trouble shoot on the gas and relite both heater in the basement and relite then fireplace . We also left options for one of the 11 year old heater in the basement.
Homeowner has a brizo water filter faucet with a clogged aerator. Homeowner has a delta widespread faucet in which the hot side of the faucet does not shut off. Homeowner also has a Zurn black top PRV that is reading approximately 80 PSI. I removed the Zurn black top PRV and installed a new Watts 25AUB. Installed the new pressure regulator on pex, house I already equipped with 2 pex quarter turn ball valves, both before and after the PRV. Set new PRV to 65 PSI. I was unable to contact delta today as they are closed on New Year’s Eve, I will need to return to contact delta and have the parts issued under warranty as the homeowners are the original purchasers of the faucets. TE certified will excavate and replace a sewer line from the exterior cleanout up to the county tap. The county tap is 11 feet deep. We will be installing schedule 40 PVC and ensuring full function. The work will come with a lifetime warranty.

Replace bad Eaton ch dual function breaker in panel. Breaker fault code blinking 6 times, indicating a bad breaker. Additional troubleshooting may be needed if issues persist.

Customer have a belly in the main line that causes backups and wanted me to run a cable to clean the line. Also wanted a new toilet installed in the other bathroom so I ended up pulling the master bathroom toilet and ran my cable and after testing it was no mainline blockage scheduled for a camera tech to come out Saturday to give a quote to repair that belly. They’re planning to do it next year, also replaced the old toilet with a brand new Kohler toilet and after testing, it was no leaks. The toilet works perfectly.
