This is my second time using TE Certified for plumbing and I will continue to turn to them again if the need ever arises. Isaac was the gentleman who helped us this last time and I was very appreciative of him taking the time to explain what he found, what he needed to do and the speed and efficiency with which he completed his work.

Hunter is very informed, experience, and nice. He arrived with his apprentice, Jackson. They installed our new A/C and new thermostats, answered all my questions and left everything looking great. It’s always important to have someone you trust come into your house. Especially when it comes to the most important features of your home.

Justin and his crew did a great job on my water line repair/replacement. They came to inspect the line and quote the job the same day that I made my appointment online, and they fixed it all the next day! If I hadn’t been able to follow the white paint dots they left in my grass to mark the path of my old water pipe, it would have been hard to tell where they dug up my yard. That’s how tidy they were!

Install Navion 240 A2 tankless water heater. Installed all code compliant upgrades, including comfort pump, thermal expansion tank, check valve and new ball valve. Install new pressure reducing valve. Set pressure to 50 psi. Heart piped new gas line to tankless water heater. Install installed new gas shut off valve. Checked and tested for leaks. No leaks. Technician will return Friday to install comfort tee. Homeowner needs electrician out there to uninstall electric tankless.
Upon arrival, I was pointed to the tub shower, where a washer for the spout/diverter came out. I was also pointed to a toilet where the fill valve would not shut off. After performing a safety inspection of the water heater and checking the pressure to the home we discovered that the thermal expansion tank had failed and was leaking. The pressure regulator tested at 75ish psi. After providing options and a pro approval, we replaced the thermal expansion tank securely, mounting it to the structure of the home. We also replaced the fill valve and flapper on the toilet on the second floor. As a courtesy we were able to reinstall the washer that fell out of the diverter on the top floor tub/shower. We also replaced the pressure regulator due to age. The life expectancy of that particular pressure regulator is 7 to 10 years. It was 10 years old. Tested everything for leaks and proper function no further issues at this time. (we are quoting water heater options due to the age of the existi
Homeowner notice water around base of toilet. Water was turned off arrival. Once turn on we found that supply line was leaking and fill valve was slowing filling up with customer approval we Install new fill valve, flapper, and supply.
Customer had a leak on main water line. The water line was about 120 feet from the meter to the house and customer decided on replacing the whole line. We used a trenching machine to install it and reconnected to the irrigation with a valve box. We also installed a valve box for the main line after the meter along with a shut off valve for the cabana in the back of the house. We are coming back on Monday, December 29th to do the penetration into the house and also install a new Prv and shut off valve and also installing a toilet.
The customer had drywall were moved in the dining room and in the kitchen due to the leak that had occurred in inside the house and an open air splice was found. I came out and had to install (2) junction boxes with cover plates in the kitchen ceiling, one above the cabinets and (1) just off from the center recess light. In the hallway I found (2) additional open air splices and was able to correct this with one junction box in the ceiling with a plate. In the hallway bathroom I removed the existing fixture due to improper wiring and installation and supplied and installed a new 6” led wafer lights and set the color temperature to 5000k. I inspected the wafer lights in the living room and found that the previous technician did not secure the wiring in the attic and this is a violation of 334.30 of the NEC. I also made the homeowner aware that he should have never wired in the wafer lighting with the open air splices and that these wires needed to be contained into a junction box fo
Upon arrival it was explained that the water bill had increased 400%. After shutting the water off to the home on the inside, we checked the water meter and discovered that it was still spinning, indicating a leak on the exterior of the home. We could also hear water hissing when the meter box was open. The meter box was also filled with water and the dirt surrounding the water meter was wet. After providing options and upon approval, we began a leak search right in front of the meter. Before we began digging, we called 811 and got everything located. After excavation, we discovered a that the adapter fitting that transitions from the meter union to the black PE pipe was broken on the threads. This is not uncommon for that type of connection/fitting. After providing options for repair as well as replacement of the entire line we began the repair of the line, upon approval. After making the repair, we restored water to the home and pressurized the line while doing so we discovered a
Arrived in site and customer stated a few things that needed to be adressed . First issue being , the son’s bathroom had a leak under the vanity sink ; the basement faucet was coming apart , and two toilets needed rebuilding. I went ahead and provided the customer with some options, which we later agreed to replace two toilets in the house which the customer supplied along with a total of six angle stops one angle stop for each toilet and two angle stops in the son’s bathroom for the double vanity. I also went ahead and found that the faucet and the downstairs bathroom was just loose and needed to be re-secured properly after everything was addressed. I went ahead and checked all my work areas to ensure no issues.
Customer called us out originally for perceived blockage in kitchen sink drain, upon testing found no indication of a blockage. Customer then asked for quote to replace garbage disposal provided by them. New disposal was installed.
Installed halo ultimate goal hole home filtration system. After install I pressurized the system, bleed the air, checked for leaks. I filled up the halo filter to let sit for a couple days before returning to flush. When I return to flush the unit I will collect the remaining $200 from the customer.
Today I performed an electrical homecare safety inspection. I performed repairs on issues that I noticed.
Did a 1 system inspection. Furnace is 5 years old. Ac and condenser is 27 years old and r-22 refrigerant. Improper flue pipe and connection. No Te flood protection and no drain pan. Dirty blower wheel. Not properly sealed plenum and ducts . No clean out for drain line and not enough pitch on Drain-line. Dirty filter. Out of tolerance capacitor and pitted contactor. No dog house and no arms flex on line set. Recommend quote for new ac coil for cooling. And adding a mini split for upstairs bedroom to be more efficient.
Removed basic thermostats and installed Ruud communicating and ecobee thermostat. Rewired system so furnaces and ac use all stages. This will help home owners power bill and gas bill to drop. Wired and checked humidifier. Installed good flood protection on both systems. Tested flood protection. Repaired leaking return plenum. Sealed with metal and tape. Checked heat and ac operations. Went over both thermostats with home owner.
Troubleshoot fire place in living room. Wire at switch had a nick in it. Ignition was set to pilot, we set it igniter to the on position. We replaced the switch for fire place. Everything tested and working properly.
For this job I fixed a leak under the kitchen faucet by replacing the strainer. I installed a new strainer with plumbing putty and new tubular extension. I also completed a full home plumbing inspection.
