My technician Dani was courteous and professional. TE Certified made scheduling and payment for the job very easy, was able to get Dani out earlier than scheduled, and has been communicative during the entire process. This is my second time using TE Certified for plumbing and I will continue to turn to them again if the need ever arises. Isaac was the gentleman who helped us this last time and I was very appreciative of him taking the time to explain what he found, what he needed to do and the speed and efficiency with which he completed his work.

Performed 2 system homecare. Ran both furnaces and AC systems. I changed both air filters. I checked all heating and Cooling components. I flushed all drain line with water, enzymes and clean out tablets. With the homeowners permission. I installed 2 Iwaves. I installed water safety switches and a condensation pump. I tested the new pump. I cleaned both outdoor units with chemicals. The homeowner sighed up for the homecare program. Tech also cleaned the blower wheel for the lower levels furnace and cleaned out both furnace cabinets (removed dust). All breaker sizes are good. I tech will return tomorrow and will install 3 new ecobee pro thermostat and collect 350$ per thermostat. Tech will also need to show the homeowners how to use the thermostats and hook them up to WiFi.
Install (5) customer supplied ceiling fans in the home, includes removal of old fixtures and assembly of new fans. 3 of these ceiling fans are at a high height. Install approximately (70) outlets(outlets must be tamper resistant) on main and 2nd floor of the home in place of existing devices. Install (6) arc fault breakers in place of standard breakers for purposes of updating circuits with new outlets.
For this job I added a second water heater to the home. Customer was running out of hot water fast, water heater was undersized for home. Customer went with just adding another 50 gallon water heater. Added new expansion tank and also added a pan under the old heater as a courtesy. I made new connections using copper piping and replaced the ball valves. Tested for hot water and left work area clean.
Clear blockage through exterior cleanout Cleared massive root intrusion from 6in cleanout next to sidewalk with 750 machine. After pulling back roots, we went into 4in clean out close to the house and we were able to give house flow relief. Customer declined free camera inspection at this time to speak with other plumbing company. She will contact us if she needs our services.

For this job we installed a dedicated 20 amp circuit in the garage for a water leak detection system that is going to be installed by our plumbers. Installed the circuit on a dual function breaker. We also installed a box and a GFCI device and bubble cover on back side of the home as a courtesy.
Cleared blockage in upstairs master bathroom sink with tub gun
Verified customer’s concern of leaking hose bib checked house pressure pressure was at 60 psi inspected thermal expansion tank and found the diaphragm to be punctured. Therefore, thermal expansion tank is not functioning. Informed customer that we would need to replace the expansion tank in order to have a warranty on the repairs to the hose bib customer elected to do the complete repair so I replaced the expansion tank as well as eliminated several shark bite fittings and replaced them with proper permanent pro press fittings I then entered the crawlspace and cut the line to attach a new frost, free hose bib and secured it properly to the brick wall outside using masonry screws.
Was called out about t&p leaking so I tested pressure and the pressure was pushing 90 psi so I quoted to replace t&p and undersized expansion tank with a 4.5 gallon expansion tank sense the water heater was a 75 gallon water heater also replaced PRV with new updated and better watts aub25 all brass Tested for leaks no leaks at this time Thanks FOR CHOOSING TE CERTIFIED
Our client had a PRV that was slowly malfunctioning….item has been replaced.new water pressure is 65PSI..client will have remaining work done in a few weeks
Troubleshoot outlets not working and replace
Main water line broken at meter nipple, dug out in front of meter box to extend pipe, add new dual check and new meter nipple. Back filled hole and tested to ensure proper function.
