This is my second time using TE Certified for plumbing and I will continue to turn to them again if the need ever arises. Isaac was the gentleman who helped us this last time and I was very appreciative of him taking the time to explain what he found, what he needed to do and the speed and efficiency with which he completed his work.

Hunter is very informed, experience, and nice. He arrived with his apprentice, Jackson. They installed our new A/C and new thermostats, answered all my questions and left everything looking great. It’s always important to have someone you trust come into your house. Especially when it comes to the most important features of your home.

Justin and his crew did a great job on my water line repair/replacement. They came to inspect the line and quote the job the same day that I made my appointment online, and they fixed it all the next day! If I hadn’t been able to follow the white paint dots they left in my grass to mark the path of my old water pipe, it would have been hard to tell where they dug up my yard. That’s how tidy they were!

On arrival I was pointed to the two upstairs bathrooms, where they had leaked onto the drywall in the kitchen. We pinpointed the leak to the shower and verified that it was the overflow. Upon further investigation, we discovered that the gaskets on both overflows were old and dry rotted. After providing option options for replacing the gaskets as well as replacing the entire drain waste and overflow and upon approval, we replaced the gaskets on the overflows. Upon completion, we tested everything for leaks and proper function.
Removed all three handle faucets from master bathroom. Installed customer supplied Delta three handle faucets. Installed pop-up assembly. Checked and tested for leaks. Technician notice homeowner has Rheem tankless water heater. Technician recommended replacing with new tankless water heater.
Clear sink trap on right side bathroom sink in master bathroom .
Return visit to flush and provide filtered water throughout the house. Everything is tested and good to go
Directional bore new water main servicefrom meter to curb stop at front right side of driveway. Stop at front right side of driveway, tie into existing plumbing system at courtesy shut off.
Upon arrival customer stated they had whole home remodel and there was a lot of construction dust from it. Wanted to have hvac system inspected to see if it needed cleaning. Looked at system blower wheel was dirty, inside return plenum was dirty, duct system runs were dirty, system filter was very clogged and dirty. Overall equipment was in good shape. Recommended duct cleaning, cleaning blower wheel and inside furnace, advanced Uv light /air purifier and iwave ionizer. Customer approved to have media filter replaced today, duct cleaning and blower wheel cleaned. Will have duct system cleaned first and then blower wheel. System is working in both heating and cooling with no issues at this time.
Upon arrival, customer notified me that there is a kitchen light that is a fluorescent fixture, not operating as intended. Customer stated to me that he replaced the bulbs with LED bulbs and the tombstone broke out of the fixture. We will be going through to determine if the fixture is still operable and it is if it is, we will provide a solution to restore power to this location. The ballast and tombstones are damaged on customer existing light fixture. We will be giving them an option to replace the light fixture at this location. The fixture that we will use to replace it will be an LED panel light that will be dimming compatible and will not require bulbs. This fixture will not admit any heat and will allow the customer to lower and increase ambient lighting.
Upon arrival customer stated that main floor unit was not working and had no power at the thermostat. Customer er has 3 units in home. After inspection of system found that unit had a failed condensation pump that was not pumping the water properly and causing pump to back up and cut off the over flow switch. Blower wheel is clean, blower motor capacitor tested good, amps on inducer tested good, checked outdoor unit capacitor and contactor tested good with no issues. By passed pump and tested system from thermostat and both heat and ac came on. Advised customer of failed condensation pump recommended replacing customer approved to have done today. Replaced pump and tested and everything is working great with no issues. Recommended homecare maintenance for all three systems in home, customer declined recommendations at this time.
No heat. Upon arrival found thermostat blank, checked electrical components at indoor unit and found condensate pump overflowing causing thermostat to go blank. Pump would not drain due to it not being level, adjusted pump and tested multiple times no issues. Tested heating and cooling operations at thermostat. System working as it should at this time. Quoted condensate pump in case of an intermittent issue with drainage customer declined at this time.
No cool on the only system, 4 years old ac and 2 year old furnace. System is working properly, filter is new and drain line clear. Pressures are good and temperature differential at 18 degrees. Customer replaced filter yesterday, and it was very dirty. Dirty filter give air restriction and can freeze over the evaporator coil, as well. Upstairs is always hotter than downstairs. Thermostat is located in the main level. Sent estimate to zoning the system, and add a thermostat for the upstairs and install a bypass, to balance the pressures, when only one thermostat is calling. Also, signed up customer for home care maintenance. Also, recommend to install an in line switch, to prevent water in the drain pan, in case of drain line get clogged. Drain line was rerouted into the gutter, by other company, and it’s draining properly.
Customer mentioned high water bill. Started test by isolating main water service line by shutting off inside shutoff and checking live meter. Meter was at a stand still indicating no leak in yard. Second test was marking all toilets fill line and shutting off toilets for 20 minutes to see if toilet tanks would lose any water. Once returned after 20 minutes all toilets were still full and none refilled once stop was turned back on. Double checked water heater as well. NO SIGNS OF ANY ACTIVE LEAKS IN HOME.
Install Navion 240 A2 tankless water heater. Installed all code compliant upgrades, including comfort pump, thermal expansion tank, check valve and new ball valve. Install new pressure reducing valve. Set pressure to 50 psi. Heart piped new gas line to tankless water heater. Install installed new gas shut off valve. Checked and tested for leaks. No leaks. Technician will return Friday to install comfort tee. Homeowner needs electrician out there to uninstall electric tankless.
Upon arrival, I was pointed to the tub shower, where a washer for the spout/diverter came out. I was also pointed to a toilet where the fill valve would not shut off. After performing a safety inspection of the water heater and checking the pressure to the home we discovered that the thermal expansion tank had failed and was leaking. The pressure regulator tested at 75ish psi. After providing options and a pro approval, we replaced the thermal expansion tank securely, mounting it to the structure of the home. We also replaced the fill valve and flapper on the toilet on the second floor. As a courtesy we were able to reinstall the washer that fell out of the diverter on the top floor tub/shower. We also replaced the pressure regulator due to age. The life expectancy of that particular pressure regulator is 7 to 10 years. It was 10 years old. Tested everything for leaks and proper function no further issues at this time. (we are quoting water heater options due to the age of the existi
Homeowner notice water around base of toilet. Water was turned off arrival. Once turn on we found that supply line was leaking and fill valve was slowing filling up with customer approval we Install new fill valve, flapper, and supply.
