Troubleshoot kitchen outlets not working.
Performed HomeCare routine maintenance inspection on 3 systems. Furnaces located in attic and basement. Mini split for carriage house. Checked amp draws. Cleaned flame sensors. Cleared pressure switch tubings. Replaced two 16x25x4 media filters. Mini split mesh filters are clean. Installed two Apco Ultra Air Cleaners for main and upper level systems. Blower wheel cleaning needed for both systems. Poor water protection. Pressure levels were normal. Upper level contactor is bad. Other condenser electrical components are good. Coils are fair. Informed customer of all findings. Systems are currently working.
Replaced the expansion tank that had failed and was holding water. Also replaced the T&P as it had developed a leak during work

Installed a kitchen faucet provided by TE. Spoke with landlord regarding my findings, states he’s sending his property manager to assess further and reach out accordingly.
Tested system that was not heating and found that the pressure switch was not pulling in. This was due to a clogged inducer port, causing a restriction between the tubing of the inducer and the pressure switch. I cleared the inducer port and tested the system fully. Also inspected the heat exchanger along with testing carbon monoxide. System is in good working order at this time and no cracks in the heat, exchanger or carbon monoxide detected.
Replace kitchen and grant room outlets
Install new outlet in bathroom coming off GFCI outlet located on the same wall.
Move drainline and waterlines in upstairs guest bath.
First floor system is low on Freon and the heat exchanger is in poor condition. Strongly recommend replacing system for safety, efficiency, standards, and warranty coverage. Upstairs is a two stage heat pump from Trane. Repaired two stage wiring to heat pump cleared drain lines and treated with enzymes. Replaced a capacitor and topped off refrigerant charge to keep running efficiently and at peak performance. Strongly recommend flood protection, added to both systems.
For this job I did a leak search inside of home, after cutting sheet rock I fond a leaking water line. I replaced section of damaged fittings and replaced with new propress fittings. Tested and left work area clean. Left a quote for full home water line replacement.

Customer is renovating their kitchen and would like to move a gas line for their stove. This includes reworking the gas line and adding in a new shut off valve. The ice maker box will also be relocated to another section
We replaced the bad ceiling fan on the back patio.
Pulled and reset the toilets in the upstairs guest and master bathrooms. Also replaced the flanges on both toilets.
