Excellent and thorough with attention to detail. Austin explained everything clearly to me during the installation process. The job was well done, efficient and clean. I was able to get fast service with Rusty who did a thorough diagnosis on Saturday from Rubin on Sunday who was able to explain my options and price comparisons. As a result, I was able to make the right decision for me and my budget. Rusty and Rubin were great. Also, a shout out to Fernando who worked on the installation. Provide an install at 26KW whole home Generac standby generator.
Homeowner called us out to remove bidet seat master bathroom and old pre filter. After assessment and discussion with homeowner, we went ahead and replaced the Prv, basement water heater, toilet in guest bathroom, toilet seat in master bathroom, removed the pre filter and installed a post sediment filter after the halo ultimate and a Stream Labs Water Monitoring System. All work was tested and checked for leaks. Unable to set up stream labs, homeowner forgot WiFi password. Will set on return visit. Homeowner understands that our electrical department needs to be scheduled to update the electric whip for the water heater to pass inspection as well as install an outlet for the stream labs Return visit needed. Awaiting ordered shower part(s)
Performed leak search, cut ceiling, found leak on hot supply for tub filler to master tub. Drained house, Removed damaged section. Repaired. Pressurized house. Purged lines. Also, left master lavatory Sink drain cut off exhisting plumbing, cut middle shelf so ptrap will work properly, installed new trap, tested fixture no leaks
For this job, I worked on replacing a sink pump. Replaced original pump with a liberty 404 sink pump. Went ahead and cut out cabinet subfloor to fit with the pipe layout without cutting in to the back cabinets. Went ahead and added new piping to accommodate original after installation. Went ahead and tested to check for leaks. After I cleaned up area and did a final walk through with customer.

For this job, we worked on upgrading the main electrical panel, installed LED Strip lighting, replaced a customer provided floodlight, installed a transformer for a customer provided Ring Doorbell and replaced the outside main breaker.
For this job, I rendered lead detection for original technician Tony. I immediately isolated the Watermain service between the meter and the shut off in the basement however, once I listened, I could hear turbulence all throughout the line, so I decided to try and put compressed air on the line by shutting the meter off and air up the hose bib in the front of the home to push air back towards the meter I was not able to turn the meter off Even with the curb stop in the off position. The meter still continue to turn also noticed that the meter box was full of water and is leaking on the dual check valve inside the meter box.
Home care inspection, tankless flush, PRV and whole home shut off. Upon my arrival the customer talked about having pressure issues when running multiple fixtures. While troubleshooting I determined the old PRV had failed. The static pressure of the old PRV was 70 psi and when water ran it dropped below 20 psi. Upon my installation of the new PRV, pressure in the home is functioning how it should be and all fittings were leak free. A hose Bibb shut off valve was also installed as a courtesy. No other mJOR ISSUES were found during the homecare inspection and quotes were left for all other findings during the inspection.
Came back on 01/23/26 and properly performed the followings on the MAIN FLOOR SYSTEM : -installed an AprilAire 800 humidifier -installed an ionizer -installed an Apco-x UV light -installed a wet safety switch -properly cleaned the blower wheels -cleared the drain line -upgraded the flu pipe from single wall to B-Vent The electrician needs to come and run a 240v with 20A breaker for the humidifier. Homeowner already paid $1,200 for the electrical job. The Plumber needs to come and connect the humidifier water line to the cold line of the water heater, and connect water at the bottom of the humidifier. I need to come back after the electrician and plumber finish their work to test humidifier.

Performed a Homecare maintenance inspection on the whole home HVAC system. Tested heating from the thermostat. Measured the standing refrigerant pressures and electrical component readings. Inspected the safety and cleanliness of the system. Checked the 4” media filter and replaced it with one provided by the customer. Recommended that the customer orders Healthy Climate Solutions 20x25x4 replacement media filters. Reported findings to the customer. Customer approved quoted repairs. Picked up the material from Johnstone Supply Alpharetta. Upon attempting to remove the blower wheel, discovered that the 1/2” gas line was blocking the blower compartment. The plumber built an estimate for moving the gas line. Customer did not approve with this additional repair, so we were only able to clean the condenser coil during today’s visit. Took apart the outdoor unit and removed the leaves and debris from inside. Rinsed off the unit and then soaked with chemical coil cleaner. Cleaned the unit th
Perform main sewer line cleaning using hydro jetter through exterior cleanout. If an exterior cleanout is not installed, a new clean out will need need to be installed at an additional charge. Does not include repairs. No warranty on drain cleaning. L3 LOCATION back clean out in stone patio. We jetted the clean out from the bathroom grouping to the septic tank. We also pulled and reset the toilet due to it leaking due to water coming from the base.
