For this job we installed new outlets behind the tv in two upstairs bedrooms. Pulled power from the attic for the outlets. Everything is on dual functions breakers in the main panel. Also installed a Lutron caseta dimmer with a pico remote in the study on the second level to control bookshelf lighting once installed. Also added a new outlet and large recessed media box behind a tv on the first floor. Mounted and programmed customer supplied car charger as well.
Sold job to replace the meter bae outside as well as adding a car charger. Added the Tesla universal charger and installed a 60 amp breaker for the unit. The Tesla charger was commissioned and downloaded onto her home in the Tesla app. She is having the car arrive next week so we were unable to plug it in today. Charger is receiving 240 volts and she was shown how to connect and disconnect the universal charging adapter. We need to return on 03/02/26 to finish the remaining work. The work remaining is replacing the outside meter base(no disconnect) with a new one and the power drop is scheduled for 03/02. A split job was left with a remaining balance of $1242 which will need to be collected on our return trip.
Installed customer supplied insinkerator instant hot with faucet. Swapped hot and cold supply lines for kitchen and bar sink faucets per customers request. This swap was performed as a courtesy. Adjusted shower cartridge in master shower as a courtesy. Customer was complaining about water going from very hot to cold and not being able to have a warm area when adjusting shower handle. Customer is going to test after adjustment that was made today. If issue isn’t resolved then further work may be required and is not covered under the payment for scope of work performed today Tested work and everything looks good at this time. Replaced cold straight stop for laundry room sink that was previously leaking. Turned water back on to home, aired the system out and checked for leaks. Everything is functioning properly.
Remove and replace delta (white/blue) tub/shower cartridge in upstairs kids bathroom Water pressure is 78psi. Water heaters are over 10 yrs old
replaced the lights contactor and the base for relay. Everything was tested and is working properly.
Home inspection on three systems. Replaced filters, cleared drain lines and inspected system in heating and cooling. . Upstairs system (2011) System is very low on Freon (410a) , dual capacitor is reading below tolerance (29 on a 35 microfarad), blower wheel dirty, biological growth in evaporator coil drain pan and there is a crack in the heat exchanger. . Main level system (2017) Dirty blower wheel, cracked heat exchanger . Basement system (1999) Heat works on heat strip only. Outside heat pump is not working due to be flat on Freon (r22). Also, no drain pan under the air handler. . Due to the age and conditions of the systems, the best option would be to upgrade the upstairs and basement systems, and main level furnace (cracked heat exchanger). Also, install an APCO-x uv light to the systems, to give better air quality and to prevent create biological growth and mold inside the systems. . We completed minor repairs on several toilets. These included replacing all of the vinyl supply lines with updated braided supply hoses, and replacement of toilet flappers. One toilet upstairs required a new fill valve and a second toilet upstairs required a new triangle tank to bowl gasket which was supplied by the client. We also installed a client supplied seat on a main level toilet. As a courtesy we applied client supplied caulking around the basement toilet and around one of the toilets on the main level. Everything was tested for proper operation with no issues.
