Customer Focused & Excellent Service

Excellent and thorough with attention to detail. Austin explained everything clearly to me during the installation process. The job was well done, efficient and clean. I was able to get fast service with Rusty who did a thorough diagnosis on Saturday from Rubin on Sunday who was able to explain my options and price comparisons. As a result, I was able to make the right decision for me and my budget. Rusty and Rubin were great. Also, a shout out to Fernando who worked on the installation. Overall, I believe that I received a great price and stellar service.

A top tier service provider and representative for your company!

Adam and Parker did an outstanding job for us. They installed outdoor lighting, and added and moved outlets to more accessible locations inside. We’ve seen Adam supervise and train newer employees over the last several years, and his vigilance of their work, positive encouragement and feedback has to have been a major factor in the growth of your company.

Furnace was operating when I arrived. The furnace is almost 20 years old. I found that the heat exchangers have failed. Screws are falling out that are responsible for holding the heat exchangers together. The furnace is leaking CO into the home. The furnace needs to be replaced asap and should not be ran. The furnace is very unreliable and is a fire hazard and a Carbon Monoxide hazard. The AC system is form 2008 and operates on obsolete refrigerant. The Azc system has inadequate flood protection. Both the AC and furnace are very old and may fail at anytime. The homeowner has been advised and assumes all risk and responsibility for operating an unsafe furnace.

Troubleshoot: Tech found that there was adequate voltage in the switch box and no neutral issues. In the basement kitchen/ bar, the 3 way dimmer switch was wired correctly. Check for voltage in the light fixtures and found that some fixtures in the kitchen/bar had prongs in the socket for the bulbs that were pushed up and not making a good connection due to over-tightening of bulbs. This was causing the bulbs to not work. Tech adjusted the prong to its correct position and used a bulb that works on every light to make sure they would light up. One light fixture however has a damaged prong and would not work. The light fixtures in the gym area just needed bulb replacements due to bad bulbs. Additional Work: Tech wrote estimate to provide and install new LED recessed lighting can trims for all recessed lighting in the basement, as well as removing old recessed lighting trim kits. This includes basement living room, kitchen/bar, office, & gym room. Tech also installed two dimmer swit

We installed the system Performed 1 system heating diagnostics on a 2021 Rheem furnace that heats the mainfloor of the home. The furnace was operating when I arrived. The house was at 70 degrees when I arrived. The homeowner advised the tech that the furnace for the mainfloor struggles to heat the mainfloor above 69 degrees. I performed a diagnostics and found nothing broken on the furnace. I did find that the air filters was very dirty along with the blower wheel and blower compartment (full of dry wall dust). The bottom of the return plenum had large amount of air and dust. I recommended that the air filter gets replaced and the blower wheel and the bottom of the return plenum gets vacuumed out. I also recommended an Iwave to help keep the blower wheel and blower compartment clean. A clogged air filter and and a dirty blower wheel will prevent the furnace from moving the amount of air that it’s supposed to. I found no other issues with the furnace. I advised the homeowner that reco
