For this job I did a leak search in the downstairs ceiling, there was a huge bubble of water, I cut out section and found that the leak was coming from the stop in the kitchen faucet. I replaced the stop valve and the leak was fixed. I also will be returning Monday to install a leak detection device.
We install a new light fixture for the dinning room area with a PECO smart switch dimmable. Left future estimates for future work.
Homeowner has a leak coming from the drain line for the master shower. The leak is coming from the seal for the drain line and shower, on the shower cup Cut out and removed approximately 8” of 2” PVC. Removed failed shower cup. Cleaned and removed old putty and excess debris from flange in shower basin. Applied new putty to new shower cup. Installed new shower cup. Installed approximately 8” of 2” PVC and connected to existing PVC via a 2” mechanical coupling. Ran shower for approximately 10 minutes and filled shower basin to test for leaks. Swapped chrome shower grate for the old one at request of homeowner as the old one is a different color Water pressure in house is 65 PSI Water heater is 5 years old.

Auger toilet to clear blockage Customer flushed down multiple non flushable wipes in toilet. Tested for mainline blockage, but toilet was only fixture being affected. We were able to auger and retrieve stack of wet wipes. Toilet now has proper flow and is flushing. Clearing successful
Today, we replaced the 10 year-old 50 gallon gas water heater that had reached the end of expected service life. During the installation, a new expansion tank was also installed to ensure proper system operation and protect the plumbing system from excessive pressure. Additionally, we completed repairs in the first floor, have bathroom, which included replacing the toilet, fill valve and upgrading the toilet shut off stock. All work was completed, tested, and inspected. At this time, all components are functioning properly with no leaks observed
Install new alpha recirculating pump. Set all parameters for pump. Checked and tested for leaks. Found that tub drain and master bathroom was corroded and broke off. Installed new tub drain. Replace 2nd floor toilet & 2nd floor master toilet & pull and reset Customer was experiencing main floor toilet blockage. We tested bathroom group by running water in sink and flushed toilet. After inspection we couldn’t recreate blockage and we checked cleanout and saw proper flow. Customer also wanted to replace 2nd floor toilets due to age of toilets. We also pulled and reset the problem toilet on main floor due to damaged wax ring. We tested toilets for leaks and we were successful.
Purchased and installed a new faucet after the customer picked it out via the Home Depot app. Also left customer with an estimate for their water heater as it is approaching eight years old.
