I was so frustrated and at my wits end as our brand new kitchen renovation was having drainage issues. Call TE Certified . Jay Gomez was our plumber. He methodically diagnosed our kitchen sink clog and work effectively to clean our drain line. After two power flushing instances it drained perfectly! No prior attempt worked but thanks to Jay, we can now enjoy our kitchen.

Client called with issue of lack of hot water. They seemed to be running out of hot water too quickly within 10 min. We recently replaced the water heater back in June of 2025. No visible signs of failure on the heater at this time. We performed a crossover test and determined there was a crossover issue at the master bath moen shower valve. Replaced the posi-temp cartridge and tested for crossover again. After verifying there was no other crossover issues we ran the shower with a timer and exceeded 15 min of constant hot water delivery.
Rebuild 1.5” pvc drains under double bowl sink with proper fittings and connections. Also replace the 1/2” CPVC pipes that transition from copper to kitchen faucet with copper and quarter turn stop valves. Replace the 1/2” CPVC hose bibbs shut off valve with a brass ball valve and replace hose bibbs since it’s piped in CPVC.
For this job we installed 21 wafer lights throughout the offices and the kennels of the boarding facility. We also installed new switches and added a quad outlet on a dedicated circuit with a GFCI breaker in the main panel. We also installed a new outdoor flood light above the side door out to the dog walking area as a courtesy. We also repurposed the AC wire and installed a new disconnect above the ceiling on a walking platform where the future AC system will be. I also separated the grounds and neutrals in the sub panel and bonded the ground bar to the panel as a courtesy as well. We will be back to complete the other half of the facility once the ceiling is finished.
Home inspection on two systems. Replaced filters, cleared drain lines. Both systems are well maintained and working properly at this visit. All safeties switches are installed and so the APCO-x uv light, for the main system, and blue tube uv light for the guest house as well. No issue.
Replaced the seal in the rear hose Bibb to stop the Bibb from constantly passing water.
For this job I installed 2 ball valves with an access panel behind the washing machine in the garage. Customer will be installing stackable washing amd dryer machines and wanted better access to turn off and on. I also left customer a water alarm for their washing machine pan. I tested and left work area clean
Cleared blockage in upstairs master shower drain with tub gun
Replaced failed whole house water pressure regulator and master bathroom shower single handle Delta shower cartridge. Water pressure was set to 70psi at clients request, system was pressurized and tested for proper operation with no issues.
For this job I replaced a toilet fill valve that wouldn’t stop running, I also replaced the stop valve for that toilet. It was not shutting of the water. In the ,water bath there was a shower valve that kept dripping, I replaced the shower cartridge and the dripping stop. I confirmed that the water pressure was not too high. Psi was at 55. I tested and left work area clean.
Installed a Hotbox and moved shutoff valves to an accessible area. These valves serve the barn and the yard hydrant. Used 1” copper with thick insulation. The base is made of 4x4s and brick with pebbles for drainage. Backfilled and tested everything Installed a drain valve for winterizing these lines to prevent freezing. Just shut off the main valve, open the small valve just a tiny bit and let the system drain. Siphon out any remaining water from a hose Bibb. Repaired 2 problematic areas containing galvanized pipe: one hose Bibb and the line for the barn. Replaced the barn line with copper and insulated the pipe. Replaced the hose bibb in the barn too. There was a busted pipe I had not noticed last week, this was another leak above the back yard hose Bibb. Fixed this and replaced the valve the burst was near as a courtesy. Water pressure is at 60 psi. Double checked for leaks and could not find any.
Remove section of drywall ceiling to access occ drains in ceiling. Remove “u-bend” in pvc drain and install proper pvc wye fitting and replace 3in run.
