Justin and his crew did a great job on my water line repair/replacement. They came to inspect the line and quote the job the same day that I made my appointment online, and they fixed it all the next day! If I hadn’t been able to follow the white paint dots they left in my grass to mark the path of my old water pipe, it would have been hard to tell where they dug up my yard. That’s how tidy they were!

Replace ceiling fan on standard height ceiling
Whole house re device. Panel will be done starting February 23. Jamie gave me the approval. Relocate and replace box for master bathroom outlet on the right side of the sink. Previous box was cut too big. Drywall will have to be repaired at the homeowners expense and they are aware. 2 gang box in hallway as you come from the living room had the ground being used as a neutral. Repairs must be made. Home owners asked that we not do the washer and dryer outlets. Everything tested and working properly.

Installation of main floor entrance tv and Tesla charger in garage
Attempted to repair lavatory faucet in upstairs guest bathroom. Faucet is very old and unable to be repaired. Client supplied new delta widespread lavatory faucet. We removed the old fixture and drain assembly and installed the new fixture. Also replace service valves with new 1/4 turn stops. During the diagnostics of the dripping faucet we found a quality control issue from previous work that TE completed in relation to the recirculation pump. We corrected this issue under warranty and made sure all required components for code compliance were in proper place. Tested everything was tested for leaks proper function of the system.
Customer called us out for gurgling in mud room sink and bar sink when washing machine is ran. I examined all three and the piping in the crawl space and recommended clearing through the mud room sink with a cable machine. Customer agreed. I removed the p trap and ran the cable machine successfully clearing the blockage. I then tested the washer and both sinks for 25-30 minutes with no signs of a back up. I scheduled a sewer supervisor to come out and look at the cast iron for the customer. I cleaned up throughly.

Today we completed multiple plumbing installations throughout the home. In the first floor, half bathroom, we installed a new vanity, along with new faucet, hot and cold supply stops, and a new P-trap. All connections were properly secured and tested. In the basement bathroom, we installed a new toilet flange and set the customer supply toilet, ensuring proper alignment and a water type seal. We also installed new Delta shower trim on the existing shower valve and verified proper operation. Additionally, we installed a wide vanity in the basement bathroom, complete with a new faucet, hot and cold supply stops, and a new P-trap. To properly accommodate vanity, drawer configuration, we reworked the existing water supply lines, and drain piping to ensure proper clearance and functionality. All plumbing components were connected, tested, and inspected for leaks. At this time, all plumbing installations are complete and operating properly.
Kitchen remodel project/Panel Restoration
Arrived on site and customer stated that he wanted his water heater looked at because the burner had recently kicked off. Customer wanted some quotes for a possible replacement on the heater, which I provided. He decided to go with a 50 gas which included a 4 year extended warranty kit installed. I took a down payment of $189 , ans job has been booked for Monday morning 12/15/25. We will be back on Monday to install new water heater.
For this job I insulated a water line in the barn with white fiberglass insolation. Roughly around 50 ft.
Returned to the house to replace high limit switch. Replaced switch and tested system. Tested system and dampers multiple times with no issue. System is working properly in heating and cooling. Recommend to install a wet switch and in line switch to the drain line, to prevent water in the drain pan and water leaking in the ceiling.
