Seth Eddy was very professional courteous and thorough. Went over everything that I asked and informed me of the best possible solution. Explained what he did and went over all the ways to use and what he suggested should be done to the panel to make it more efficient and up to code. I would recommend him and the company to anyone that needed electrical work.

Trench a new service line, and relocate penetration to basement pump closet. Installation: We trenched a new water service line into left front corner of basement. The new penetration was drilled into the basement sump pump closet. We installed a new whole home shutoff and PRV. Tested everything thoroughly ensuring no leaks. Backfilled and cleaned up work area.
Customer called us out for a clogged sink and washer box. I tested the sink and it backed up after an about a minute. I checked in the crawl space and found a large belly in the line from the washer box. I also found a small puddle of water under the master bathroom toilet. I let customer know and they wanted to take care of it themselves. For the clog I recommended running a flex shaft down the washer box. Customer agreed. I ran the machine and successfully cleared the blockage. I ran water for 20-25 minutes with no issues. I cleaned up throughly.
Install total of 4 new dedicated circuits for bidets from electrical panel to each bathroom.
Ran new gas line under ground around the back to the furnace in the basement
Met with customer and spoke with them regarding their current issue. Customer showed me to the main level hall bathroom and stated the fill valve is leaking and not filling the tank for the toilet. Customer had turned water off to the toilet before my arrival. I inspected the toilet and confirmed that the fill valve had failed and is not functioning properly. I also checked the customer’s water pressure which is at a safe level @50psi. I presented the customer with options to replace the fill valve and supply line. And also included options to install a new toilet. Customer agreed to replace the fill valve and after getting signature approval I began work. Installed new pro45b fill valve and stainless steel supply line. Returned water to toilet and tested thoroughly. Fill valve and toilet are now functioning properly. Cleaned work area. Customer is satisfied.
Replaced the kitchen faucet p and the master bathroom faucets. Shut water off and removed faucets. Cleaned surface area and installed new faucets. Connected to new supply lines and tested. Everything is working properly at this time.
During our visit, the customer mentioned they did not have any hot water. Upon inspection I mentioned that we would need to troubleshoot the unit to figure out what’s going on. An estimate was approved for a troubleshoot to be completed. After removing the top cover on the water heater, I pushed the reset button and heard a click. This indicated that the thermostat was tripped due to the water heater over heating. I spoke with AO Smith on the phone and able to order the elements and both the upper and lower thermostats. The water heater is currently working and the new parts should be here 3/4. The parts are being delivered to the customers house and they plan to call when they arrive.
Today we installed a sewage ejection pump, ran drain lines and tied to existing vent and drain, roughed in waterlines and drain for vanity and toilet as well as flange and installed toilet.
Over the last three days we built and installed a new meter main disconnect with a new mast on the side of the home. We ran 4/0 SER from the main disconnect to the new main panel. We replaced the existing panel with a new square DQO 54 space panel. We also replaced the existing subpanel with a new square DQO 24 space panel. We installed whole home surge protection. We also installed two additional smoke detectors. We updated GFCI protection where needed.
Continued on wiring various aspects of the home
