For this job, I worked out replacing pressure regulator and also replacing the master shower drain went ahead and tested for leaks. After I went ahead and cleaned up area
Installed new water service line into the crawlspace due space. Existing prv was in the ground by the meter. Installed new Prv in the crawlspace due space space with new shutoff valve. Homeowner also has a new courtesy valve in a box by the meter so they do not need to shut the water off in the crawlspace. After install I pressurized the system, bleed the air, and checked for leaks and proper function. I believe water heater is inside room that was locked. Tenant was not home when finishing the job. One system inspection Thoroughly inspected unit in both heat and cool from the thermostat Technician arrived and found a low signal from the flame sensor error code on the indoor control board. Technician wiped off the flame sensor and hooked everything back up. Ran a system test and found an intermittent error code of a low signal from the flame sensor on the indoor control board. Technician diagnosed the system with a failing flame sensor. The technician replaced the flame sensor and ran system test and found it’s operating properly. While doing the system inspection, the technician found that one of the eyelets on the heat exchanger are missing. The capacitor for the indoor blower motor was out of tolerance. The blower wheel for the indoor blower motor was dirty. The system was missing TE standard flood protection. The system lacked indoor air quality products. Troubleshoot garage door opener. Found loose bulb in opener. Tightened and tested for function.
Performed diagnostic on 1996 Goodman, furnace located in the crawlspace just from visual inspection. I noticed that the flu pipe was not connected and was just laying on the ground. I also noticed duck work that was fallen and not connected laying in the dirt. After inspecting the unit, I found that the system has a failed inducer motor gas valve igniter a cracked heat exchanger, dirty filter, a wheat capacitor, a dirty blower wheel. At this time, I recommend complete replacement of the system. Homeowner is getting a quote this afternoon.

Installed new 50 gallon 10 year Rheem water heater. Install all compliant upgrades, including dielectric fittings, thermal expansion tank and cork boards. Re-pipe, plumbing underneath kitchen sink. Install new halo RO system. Installed new washer box and icemaker box. As a courtesy installed new gas line for stove. Checked and tested for leaks. No leaks.
Perform troubleshoot on outlet not working
Customer called us out for a clogged sink with an old garbage disposal. On arrival I found a piece of metal in the disposal and removed it. Customer also had a fill valve that kept sticking in the downstairs hall bathroom. I recommended replacing the garbage disposal due to age and doing a minor rebuild on the hall bathroom toilet. Customer agreed. I replaced the fill valve, supply line and flapper. I then tested and cleaned the area checking for any leaks. Next I replaced the garbage disposal tested and cleaned the area. Customer was also having issues with multiple faucet handles and cartridges. A service plumber is coming out 2-5 1/22/26
Troubleshoot flickering lights throughout home. Two areas had incandescent dimmers which caused the issue, Ine of the areas had a bad LED Dimmers and other areas were bad fixtures. Disconnected lights and temped up a light fixture I had in the van to confirm.
Call out for a mid-level toilet back up. ran a cable through to clear blockage was waste and tissue line is open and flowing at this time. Recommend new water heater and shower valve replacement at customers convenience
