Top Notch Service!

I am really impressed with their expertise. The technician was really knowledgeable and a true professional. He did not scare me into spending more than I had to. He broke down the work items into - urgent vs nice to haves, so I could prioritize within them. He took pictures of the various components in my HVAC, to show me their condition and what to expect. Couldn't be happier.

Excellent service by Ryan!

Ryan did a terrific job! We began by going over the various tasks he planned. Explanations were clear and to the point. When the work was complete we went back over all of the electrical connections and everything was great. When I have any other issues with anything else he’s the man!

Arrived on site to perform a full system inspection on a 2 year old carrier AC with ongoing issues. Since it’s been installed clients have lamented the fact it’s low on refrigerant year after year. The installation company (new build) had replaced multiple compromised and has chased their tail with finding the leaks. We checked the entire system in heat and cooling and found the same issue, low charge. Along with that, we found the outdoor coils very dirty and the drain line not connected fully. We found leaks at the outdoor service valve and sachrader cores were leaking. We quoted all repairs and client will reach up to the builder one last time but if they get the runaround he’s going to call us back to get on our Homecare plan and to tackle repairs. He thanked us for coming out and I emailed him photos and updated estimates.

Customer had a coller one piece toilet and the main level powder room that was not flushing appropriately with a flush tower inside the tank. The handle was not working appropriately and not allowing the flush tower to be pulled up all the way and causing for a weak flush. I replaced the handle with a universal and tested good. Had the customer tested as well, and they were pleased. As wellThe pressure regulating valve was having an issue with recovery. The sitting p s I was at sixty two. However, with the kitchen faucet running, it would drop almost ten pounds. Customer agreed to have the pressure regulating valve replaced like for like. Drained the house down and uninstalled old p.R v then reinstalled, a new one I slowly turned the pressure back onto the house and primed, all of the air out of the fresh water lines. Checked and tested the pressure and turned it up until it was at sixty two p.S I. We then tested the pressure at the exact same fixtures to see how much it dropped, which

Customer called about a hall toilet back up toilet was already removed and floor was covered in water on arrival. I inspected the basement water seeped through floor, there was water on the floor in basement. Assessed the issue it was a clog in her main drain line. Ran 400 machine through hall bathroom toilet drain and cleared blockage. I tested the drainage by running water through the tub, no sign of back up. I cleaned the remaining water from the floor. Did not reset toilet as a drain supervisor is coming to camera line. Water pressure was 50 psi and water heater was 14 yers old.

Sun room was without power when I arrived I pulled the circuit apart and found that the sub panel breaker was in the off position. Everything on the circuit appeared to be in good shape beside the fan not being supported correctly. I turned the breaker on and it held and everything is working.

Customer called us out for a toilet making rattling noises. I inspected the toilet and found that the fill valve was the cause of the noises. I recommended replacing the fill valve or the toilet due to being 22 years old. Customer choose to replace the fill valve today. Customers water heater was 8 years old and the pressure to the house was 57 psi. I removed the supply line and the fill valve and installed new of both. Cleaned up and tested the new equipment throughly. The customer was very happy.

The homeowner had a leak coming from the garage ceiling. After cutting the sheet rock, I discovered the leak originated from the flange of the toilet above. The previous plumbing company installed the flange and broke the 4 inch pipe, which caused it to leak down to the garage ceiling. I then pulled the toilet, cut out the old section of pipe and flange, and installed a new offset flange. I reinstalled the toilet, tested the system, and checked for leaks.

Client has an issue with the toilet not functioning correctly. Inspected the toilet and found that the fill valve fills the tank slowly and the chain for the flapper had broken off. Told the client that those are the cause of the functionality of the toilet to not work properly. Replace flapper with new chain and fill valve. Checked water pressure to the building and is sitting at 110psi which exceeds code compliance 40-80psi. Left quotes to replace the PRV and client would also like estimate to relocate one the pedestal sink and install a new one as well.
