Redevice den and kitchenette area
Installed customer supplied LED wafers in holes that were cut by the customer. We also replaced some switches.
Move gas line piping and shut off valve for stove in kitchen. Cut sheetrock and replace piping in wall to accommodate new gas stove. Gas will be turned off to home. No warranty on existing appliances to relight.
Inspected rental home behind property. Replaced thermal expansion tank. Fixed flue pipe to water heater at no additional charge. Tested for leaks and function, all good.
Replace electrical panel, and install surge protection.
Install one new customer provided toilet. Technician will replace toilet flange and also install new cold waterline in pex.
Clear disposal blockage. Cleared piece of spoon from disposal body, ensured drain was clear, reset and tested unit. All tested ok.
