This all started when I called GA Power about a potential issue with the power line coming from the street to my house; it was hanging low and I thought it might become a hazard. This issue happened back in March with the multiple heavy storms that came through over a weekend. There was a power outage, but it was restored a few hours later. The next day, I saw my power line hanging low but didn't think it was a problem since my power was on. I put it on my "to-do" list to call GA Power, but didn’t call them immediately as it didn't seem to be an issue. A few weeks later, I finally called GA Power on a Monday morning asking them to check out my line as it was hanging low. That afternoon, a GA Power truck was at my home removing my power connection. I was told that the damage to my power line was a fire hazard and that they would not reconnect me until I had an electrician address the problem and bring my house up to code. In the 27 years in my house, I’ve never had an electrical problem and had no idea of who to call. Luckily, my neighbor referred me to TE Certified. It was 7:00PM by the time I called, their after hours call center confirmed that they would have a certified electrician at my house by 8:00am the next morning. Wilson Hernandez showed up ready to work. I reviewed what happened and he surveyed the damage. He quickly developed several options of how to proceed. He sat with me for over three hours with my insurance company explaining the circumstances of what had happened and what was required to bring my house up to code. He was very patient with my many questions and responded to my insurances company’s many demands for clarifications. He fielded issues that my other venders caused. He made me feel that everything would be addressed properly and I didn’t have to worry about the little details. He had it all under control. If I ever have another project like that again, I will definitely ask for him to be the project manager!

Mario Galvan was great, absolutely top notch!! He rapidly diagnosed the problem, explained everything to me, and then fixed it. He made suggestions for other improvements. I’m the original owner of this house and have had it for 24 years. I very much appreciated how Mario explained how back then builders were just slapping houses together as fast and as cheaply as possible. For 24 years, I have been aggravated by how the switch in the guest bathroom had the fan first and then the light. Mario fixed this issue without my even asking. I really appreciated his initiative!!!

Tested systems that were evaluated and noted to be an issue on energy consumption. Fully tested both systems and found that both units are struggling due to lack of maintenance and age. Both systems are very dirty on the evaporator coil and the condenser coil. Provided options to repair these systems to help with efficiency but overall Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Performed diagnostic on 6yr old carrier main floor unit with zones, upon arrival customer stated unit was cooling, checked both tstats, already in ac mode but nothing was running, upon goin in basement found secondary drain pan full of water causing float switch to activate, removed wet switch and unit turned on, checked filter, recommend replacing, customer stated he will order from Amazon, checked blower wheel, condensation pump, found pump not pumping at all causing water to drain to secondary drain pan, recommend replacing condensation pump, customer declined stated he can get it cheaper at Home Depot, inspected outdoor unit, checked capacitor, contactor, pressures, temp split, pressure checked ok , recommend home care to have system checked during seasons to prevent breakdowns, also recommend high power uv light, customer declined a L recommendation at time, stated he will think about home care
Performed diagnostic for entire plumbing system to search for 99 gallon usage leak. Found no leaks within the home or on the main water service line. Digital meter is not responsive. Suggest having county inspect their meter for proper readings.
Once sewage was cleaned out , Adam and me came back out and ran a camera and determined it wasn’t a clog in the drain line , could of been rain water but we aren’t 100% sure , but the pipe is old with cast iron but she. He ran the camera no water was holding
Troubleshoot Tesla wall connector in garage. Breaker and wall connections were tight. Wall connector breaker had heated up and burned up until breaker had lost connection to bus bar. The breaker for the wall also started to burn the 30 breaker above it. Warranty for breakers are for a year at no cost. Only cost of labor will reflect on invoice. Recommend replacing panel. Quote for SPAM panel
Installed new prv in crawlspace. Installed new hose bibb at rear of home. Exterior sweat was the method of install as the hose bibb could not be replaced effectively, or relocated with ease. Homeowner said she was fine with this and was informed the security of the hose bibb could not be warrantied. Filled the space between the bibb and the wall with the mortar.
Customer has 2 y/o Rheem system matched with 8 y/o Amana AC that operates for upper level. Performed inspection and found that media filter was dirty. Noticed rust at bottom of evaporator coil, however, no refrigerant leak was detected. Safeties are good. Drain line is clear. Pressure levels were normal. Condenser electrical components are good. Performed condenser coil cleaning. Informed customer of all findings. System is currently working.
Customer will supply ceiling fan and vanity light. Other light fixtures will be provided by us.
