Mario Galvan was great, absolutely top notch!! He rapidly diagnosed the problem, explained everything to me, and then fixed it. He made suggestions for other improvements. I’m the original owner of this house and have had it for 24 years. I very much appreciated how Mario explained how back then builders were just slapping houses together as fast and as cheaply as possible. For 24 years, I have been aggravated by how the switch in the guest bathroom had the fan first and then the light. Mario fixed this issue without my even asking. I really appreciated his initiative!!!

I can't believe the GREAT people who have working for you!! I thought no one could top Wilson and DJ, but Elijah and (Jason/Justin?) were amazing!! Kind, considerate, clearly knowledgeable, efficient - just really nice nice guys. I couldn't believe how quickly they got my line installed. They didn't mind me following them around and patiently explained everything they were doing. And although I didn't really have a clue what they were supposed to do, it looked fantastic when they were finished! They also thoughtfully added some pressure thing that I was supposed to have but didn't. I appreciate stuff like that since I don't have a clue about these things. All in all, they did a phenomenal job taking care of this senior lady! I am SOOOOOOO happy with their work!

Completed home care inspection. Upon inspection of the gas furnace found that the blower wheel was dirty. Also found that the insulation R value for all ductwork is not up to code. And that ductwork is metal pipe that has lots of air leakage. upon inspection of the outdoor unit, found that the capacitor was bad. Also found that the condenser cools were dirty. The system does not have any UV protection and TE standard flood protection. Customer approved basic maintenance option and work was completed today.
Found leak stain on kitchen sheetrock ceiling below master shower. Cut sheet rock to investigate. Found no leak under master shower center drain. Found that the shower was built with a fiberglass base with tile anove it. Minimally tested the pan by pluging the drain, then barely flooding the shower base. Found eater leaking through the subfloor around where the edge of a 48x48 fiberglass base would be. Pan leak contirmed. Property Medics to come out.

Customer called for garbage disposal not working. Manually unjammed disposal, disposal was jamming due to age. Gave estimate for replacement.
Home care visit for client with a 11yr old system in the attic and a 1 yr old system in the crawlspace. System in the attic had a clogged drain line and a pan full of water. Cleared clog and dried water in the pan. Aprilair filter still clean. Blower wheel dirty. No flood protection in the attic. Refrigerant pressures normal. Contractor and capacitors good. Recommended drain repair, flood protection, blower wheel cleaning, and condenser coil cleaning, customer agreed to have it done today. System in the crawlspace has a clean blower wheel, Aprilair filter still clean, condensing coil clean, there are no capacitors in this system, and the refrigerant pressures are normal.
Replace main electrical system due to damages on the over head service conductors. Brought the house to todays safety standards on the main equipment which includes , dual function breakers with AFCI AND GFCI BUILT IN. Whole house surge protector , grounding system , main meter with emergency disconnect , new electrical panel with correct labeling. As well as installed smoke detector with carbon monoxide sensors.
Cap gas lines in crawl space. Master bathroom sink on the right isn’t leaking from the faucet. The faucet spout has a mist that collects water on the vanity .
