This all started when I called GA Power about a potential issue with the power line coming from the street to my house; it was hanging low and I thought it might become a hazard. This issue happened back in March with the multiple heavy storms that came through over a weekend. There was a power outage, but it was restored a few hours later. The next day, I saw my power line hanging low but didn't think it was a problem since my power was on. I put it on my "to-do" list to call GA Power, but didn’t call them immediately as it didn't seem to be an issue. A few weeks later, I finally called GA Power on a Monday morning asking them to check out my line as it was hanging low. That afternoon, a GA Power truck was at my home removing my power connection. I was told that the damage to my power line was a fire hazard and that they would not reconnect me until I had an electrician address the problem and bring my house up to code. In the 27 years in my house, I’ve never had an electrical problem and had no idea of who to call. Luckily, my neighbor referred me to TE Certified. It was 7:00PM by the time I called, their after hours call center confirmed that they would have a certified electrician at my house by 8:00am the next morning. Wilson Hernandez showed up ready to work. I reviewed what happened and he surveyed the damage. He quickly developed several options of how to proceed. He sat with me for over three hours with my insurance company explaining the circumstances of what had happened and what was required to bring my house up to code. He was very patient with my many questions and responded to my insurances company’s many demands for clarifications. He fielded issues that my other venders caused. He made me feel that everything would be addressed properly and I didn’t have to worry about the little details. He had it all under control. If I ever have another project like that again, I will definitely ask for him to be the project manager!

Mario Galvan was great, absolutely top notch!! He rapidly diagnosed the problem, explained everything to me, and then fixed it. He made suggestions for other improvements. I’m the original owner of this house and have had it for 24 years. I very much appreciated how Mario explained how back then builders were just slapping houses together as fast and as cheaply as possible. For 24 years, I have been aggravated by how the switch in the guest bathroom had the fan first and then the light. Mario fixed this issue without my even asking. I really appreciated his initiative!!!

Mount cs wall connector on wall and plug it into existing outlet and gfi breaker , customer is aware that ev will trip circuit breaker.
Came out to educate customer on ERV and give quote to clean it. Customer approved cleaning. Removed heat exchanger and washable filters, rinsed thoroughly. Vacuumed out cabinet. ERV has a condensate pump for drainage with an emergency pan and float switch. Float switch wired properly but condensate pump safety switch not wired in at all. Recommend adding wet switch for TE Standard Flood Protection. Customer declined for now, still wired in condensate pump float switch as a courtesy. Verified operational after. Drains into plumbing stack in attic. Also spoke to customer about our Home Care plan and recommended signing up for priority dispatch, discounts on all our services, and 3 included visits. Customer will hold off for now says they are satisfied with current HVAC service providers. Left brochure and still recommended our plumbing and electrical services for consideration.
Replaced 2 inch cast iron ptrap, wye, and waste and overflow.
Customer called us out due to water stains in attic around ductwork area in upstairs bedroom. Customer thought water may be coming from ductwork, tech checked ductwork area at upstairs bedroom, tech did notice dry water stains in the attic near the bedroom duct area but is hard to determine where water leak is coming from being that area is so dry now. Tech recommend giving us a call when the area is damp or wet again so we can better determine where the source of water is coming from… Tech left recommendations/ estimates that can help with equipment longevity, equipment protection and homeowners health and safety. Install surge protection in main panel and sub panel
Run a dedicated 20amp circuit from panel to outside. Install 20 amp dual function safety breaker. Install a outlet and bubble cover on front side of the house

Came out to install Electrostatic Air Cleaner for main floor system. Installed and ensured normal operations. Spoke to customer about fan function on tstat and how its beneficial to run fan for maximum air circulation and cleaning. Customer is aware.
Return to finish switch and bulb replace project
Performed fall home care on two 3yr old Lennox units, checked tstst, cycled to heat mode, replaced both filters, recommend wet switches for both units, inspected blower wheels, cleaned flame sensors, checked igniters, inducer motors, temp splits, flushed and cleaned drain lines, no co or gas detected, spoke with customer about dehumidifiers, explain they have both drain lines running to upstairs primary drain, explained they should be on there own dedicated drain lines, recommend running new drains, customer declined just wanted to do minor drain repair and run each humidifier to each system drain, reran both drain lines running, secured and glued all pvc , made sure lines was draining properly and had proper fall, recommend ss2 switches for extra flood protection, also recommended indoor air quality, inspected outdoor units , checked pressures, temp splits, went over all options , customer chose option b on both systems, and also to repair drain lines, installed both ss2 switches made

Today was required to me to change out a 40 gallon gas water heater for our client. The unit has been uninstalled in a new unit installed. A relief line for the discharge system was also installed. All items were test for leaks, and no leaks were found. Water purchased 50 psi. Our client was very pleased with our service.
Replaced thermal expansion tank. Pulled and reset toilet in primary bathroom. Replaced gasket on overflow for hallway bathroom.
Water heater is 8yrs old. Found GCV had failed, replaced GCV.
