This all started when I called GA Power about a potential issue with the power line coming from the street to my house; it was hanging low and I thought it might become a hazard. This issue happened back in March with the multiple heavy storms that came through over a weekend. There was a power outage, but it was restored a few hours later. The next day, I saw my power line hanging low but didn't think it was a problem since my power was on. I put it on my "to-do" list to call GA Power, but didn’t call them immediately as it didn't seem to be an issue. A few weeks later, I finally called GA Power on a Monday morning asking them to check out my line as it was hanging low. That afternoon, a GA Power truck was at my home removing my power connection. I was told that the damage to my power line was a fire hazard and that they would not reconnect me until I had an electrician address the problem and bring my house up to code. In the 27 years in my house, I’ve never had an electrical problem and had no idea of who to call. Luckily, my neighbor referred me to TE Certified. It was 7:00PM by the time I called, their after hours call center confirmed that they would have a certified electrician at my house by 8:00am the next morning. Wilson Hernandez showed up ready to work. I reviewed what happened and he surveyed the damage. He quickly developed several options of how to proceed. He sat with me for over three hours with my insurance company explaining the circumstances of what had happened and what was required to bring my house up to code. He was very patient with my many questions and responded to my insurances company’s many demands for clarifications. He fielded issues that my other venders caused. He made me feel that everything would be addressed properly and I didn’t have to worry about the little details. He had it all under control. If I ever have another project like that again, I will definitely ask for him to be the project manager!
Marco and Noah were outstanding! Marco had great ideas for positioning the lights that I had not even thought about. It looks so beautiful after dark! I hope I don't have any further needs for services, but if I do, will definitely be calling you!
Mario Galvan was great, absolutely top notch!! He rapidly diagnosed the problem, explained everything to me, and then fixed it. He made suggestions for other improvements. I’m the original owner of this house and have had it for 24 years. I very much appreciated how Mario explained how back then builders were just slapping houses together as fast and as cheaply as possible. For 24 years, I have been aggravated by how the switch in the guest bathroom had the fan first and then the light. Mario fixed this issue without my even asking. I really appreciated his initiative!!!
Marco and Gavin were great! Scheduling was easy. They took great care of my home. Got everything done I needed and made excellent recommendations for improvements. I will be calling again for future projects!
Nathan was very professional, courteous, and competent. He is a credit to your company.
Plumber was unable to complete the project. He required me to pay, even though he left things in a disarray. What a disaster.
Everything was fantastic, efficient, and friendly. I had a EV charger installed in the garage.
At this point, I plan to use TE Certified for all my electrical, plumbing, and HVAC needs. They have demonstrated to be consistently excellent, fixing long standing problems in my home. This visit Juan was fantastic, friendly, and highly skilled. Thank you Juan and TE!!!
System not cooling for the upstairs level. Found a failed capacitor to the outdoor unit. The contactor was also pitted, subpar flood protections installed, no air quality upgrades, and system slightly low on refrigerant by about a pound. Today we completed all necessary repairs, including replacing capacitor with a turbo, replacing contactor, adding Hardstart kit, upgrading flood protections, and installing IWave ionizer. We also cleaned both of the drain lines from the attic with a mighty pump to ensure that they were clear. Tested system fully after completing repairs and no failures at this time.

Our client reached out to us in reference to a leak on a quarter inch soft copper refrigerator line that apparently develop a hole in it due to tile floor that it passed through. This leak was occurring below the floor and has caused in an extensive amount of molding in crawlspace between the refrigerator and the kitchen, the closet and the primary bedroom as well as a primary bathroom shower. Order mitigation has been set up to address the mold issue. The repair was made on the leaking waterline and tested for leaks and no leaks were found. However, there is a leak off an improper shower, drain installation from a contractor that repair the clients home at their tree fell on it. There’s also cast iron issues and an estimate has been left to resolve this as well.

Water damage located beneath master bedroom, shower water is not continually dripping that we drain is most likely the issue. Upon examining the shower and over this is a pre-fabricated base and the drain connection for those is often either not fully tightened or uses an inadequate amount of sealant Being that lines up very very closely with the stain underneath that is the most likely culprit recommending removal of the drain resealing and then re-tightening of the drain.
Upon arrival, customers toilet was not flushing. It was holding black water, but the other bathroom in the home was not affected. I ran water to make sure it wasn’t a mainline blockage and it didn’t affect the toilet or no water came into the bathtub., tempted to snake the toilet after attempting to snake the toilet the blockage was clear so it was a soft blockage and the toilet. Toilet is flushing normally.
