Nathan came to replace a disposal in the kitchen sink. Shortly before he arrived we discovered a small leak in the P-trap. Nathan was able to diagnose the issue and handle both repairs in very short order. He left the work area cleaner than he found it. Very pleased with the quality of the work.

It was great that the tech had all his own supplies and did not need to ask me for a bucket, or rags or towels to clean up with. (I've had that experience with several other plumbers.) I also loved that he cleaned up (sprayed down with cleanser) under the sink when he was done, and that he wore shoe covers in the house. The cost "was what it was," and was not a reflection of the tech. Two suggestions: use cold water when testing, rather than hot. (I had very little hot water when he left.) Also, pls be careful about touching the doorknob with soled gloves still on, as this germifies the doorknob. Overall, great experience!

TE certified once again has been amazing. First time using the Electrician services. Marshall and Wilson were amazing. I had quite a few things I needed installed. Corey ended up coming to help so they could get the job done today. All 3 were just the nicest and most professional people. Left my house cleaner than it was before. They were fantastic! I felt very comfortable with his electrical knowledge, he prioritized my issues and gave an honest and logical opinion of what I should do this trip and in the future. They were mindful of their workspace and left the areas in nice shape than they found them. Provide and install 50a portable generator setup at meter
Replace basement fill valve, noticed toilet supply stop dripping, tightened packing nut leak stopped, advised owner to replace valve, quoted for 2 new toilets due to age of existing fixtures. No leaks
Performed 1 system heating diagnostics on a 2019 Lennox single staged zoned system. Customer was stating that the outdoor unit would not kick on. I found that the outdoor unit had is disconnect pulled out. I reactivated the disconnect and ran the system in heat mode and completed the diagnostics. Findings: the system has a new contactor and new capacitors. The strip heat was operating and has the proper breaker size. the unit is approx 200 cfm short on return. The system doesn’t have a bypass damper. The system is a single staged and should be a variable speed. The system keeps tripping out on high pressure. There are no repair options. A new variable speed system needs to be installed with new zoning and additional return. The outdoor unit should not be ran in its current condition. Tech left the disconnect as he found it and advised the homeowner of the issues and that his power bill will be much higher than normal due to only using strip heat. I arrived to customers home and they’re in the due diligence. Period of buying a home. today I did a camera inspection on the sewer line from the inside cleanout up to the county tap. during the camera inspection I was able to discover original cast-iron piping of the home, bellied piping, warped piping, and pipe that was cracking and tree roots have grown in those openings. The sewer tap is 5 feet deep. The water heater was not installed up to code missing a drain pan, the T&p wine was ran to the floor of a unfinished basement, the thermal expansion tank was not strapped to the structure of the home, and the pressure reducing valve was builder grade undersized. The customer was also talked to about water filtration and automatic water shut off. The estimates provided are good for 30 days.

Came in today because system was no keeping up with thermostat. When arrive notice that system was cycling. When testing system found that blower motor was heavily cover with hair and dust stoping air from circulating properly and overheating system. Also found sings of biological growth spreading through the system. Let costumer know about this issues and presented options. Costumer decided to move forward with enhancements. Proceed to clear blower motor, coil and added Germicidal light. System is not working properly. Thank you for choosing TE Certified. Fixing dryer run in crawl space and installing new 30 amp breaker for it and installing new outlet and and plate . Replacing box and re doing connections for laundry room light switch.
