Devon described the issues very clearly and answered all my questions very thoroughly in a manner I could understand. I felt very comfortable with his electrical knowledge, he prioritized my issues and gave an honest and logical opinion of what I should do this trip and in the future. They were mindful of their workspace and left the areas in nice shape than they found them. Both Devon and his apprentice were gentlemen, knowledgeable and pleasant individuals in conversation while never wasting time. The issue made me a bit concerned but I feel very at ease now. I appreciate how quickly TE put me on their schedule. The woman who scheduled was also very nice, efficient and helpful.

This is my second time using TE Certified and once again I was very impressed with their expertise, efficiency and affordability. Both of the technicians were very personable. They explained the work thoroughly and provided the best solution for my situation.
The TE Certified team were all excellent! Electricians Enrique and Miguel, Plumbers Justin and Dylan and the HVAC guy Jonah came in prepared and each did their work with practiced skill, catching the additions to the work order I asked of them and performing them quickly and efficiently without getting into each other's way for a moment. It was really interesting to see such a talented team of such young men all working like old pros. My thanks and congratulations to all of them.

Alexis did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and took the time to explain the issues and answers our questions. Alexis and the entire team were very polite and professional. Georgia Power had to be called in to repair the outside power lines. The representatives who showed up were very unprofessional and did not complete the required work. Alexis advocated on our behalf and another crew was sent that evening yo make the repairs.
Our old unit wasn’t working. The technician arrived at the time stayed, made good contact, inspected out unit and let us know it needed to be replaced.
Replaced faucet and installed new toilet seat
Performed 1 system cooling diagnostics on a 20 plus year old AC/gas furnace. Customer stated that they had a power surge. I found that the transformer and furnace board. I also found that the capacitor for the blower motor is slightly outside of the manufacturer specifications and the gas line entering the furnace is not to code (flex gas line; needs to be cast iron). There maybe additional issues with the system; full diagnostics can’t be performed until transformer and board have been replaced. Customer declined the transformer and board repair and setup a time with an install supervisor to get an estimate to replace the hvac system.
Technician diagnosed single main system. Tech noticed flood safety switch not in code, no uv light system protection, air filtration not proper size for cabinet. Ac pressures below system rating, and 45/5 dual capacitor is below system rating. Tech explained repair options to homeowners to help get system back at best peak performance. Homeowners approved to move forward with all necessary repair option. Tech will need to return Monday to finish installing Bluetube UV light. Please see via email for pictures, and invoice copy. Technician topped off 3lbs of R-410a refrigerant, replaced 45/5 mfd cap, replaced Merv 11 Honeywell air filtration, added safety pan switch and pvc safety switch to air handler unit. System is cooling good at this time of service.
Client just wanted filters changed ..that’s it …upon arrival …but did check indoor and outdoor components…visually ..and operating status …* minimal to no flood protection prior to arrival for upstairs unit ..*/ …insulation is lacking as well ..attic was very hot …did recommend flood protection for upstairs system as it result …client opted to do flood protection ..installed flood protection…units are operating at this time ..

Replace shower valve with modern single handle fixture
Shut off water to the home and drained the system. Removed existing water heater and replaced with a 50 gallon gas water heater. Installed a new shut off valve for the water heater and properly mounted the thermal expansion tank. Turned on the water and pressurized the system. The water heater is heating properly. No leaks detected.

SERVICE CALL: Upon arrival homeowner stated the Ac is not Working at all. After complete troubleshooting I found the Duel Fuel unit Lennox 4 Ton capacity 5 years old communicating system Is not working at all due to Main smart thermostat s 30 Lennox was Removed from the system and somebody install regular thermostat Which is not compatible with this type of High efficiency system. I recommend to install new S 40 thermostat and then test complete System to make sure is working properly plus recommend routine Maintenance on complete system.
