Great Service

It was great that the tech had all his own supplies and did not need to ask me for a bucket, or rags or towels to clean up with. (I've had that experience with several other plumbers.) I also loved that he cleaned up (sprayed down with cleanser) under the sink when he was done, and that he wore shoe covers in the house. The cost "was what it was," and was not a reflection of the tech. Two suggestions: use cold water when testing, rather than hot. (I had very little hot water when he left.) Also, pls be careful about touching the doorknob with soled gloves still on, as this germifies the doorknob. Overall, great experience!

Excellent Service!

TE certified once again has been amazing. First time using the Electrician services. Marshall and Wilson were amazing. I had quite a few things I needed installed. Corey ended up coming to help so they could get the job done today. All 3 were just the nicest and most professional people. Left my house cleaner than it was before. They were fantastic! Highly recommend!

Excellent and prompt Service

Devon described the issues very clearly and answered all my questions very thoroughly in a manner I could understand. I felt very comfortable with his electrical knowledge, he prioritized my issues and gave an honest and logical opinion of what I should do this trip and in the future. They were mindful of their workspace and left the areas in nice shape than they found them. Both Devon and his apprentice were gentlemen, knowledgeable and pleasant individuals in conversation while never wasting time. The issue made me a bit concerned but I feel very at ease now. I appreciate how quickly TE put me on their schedule. The woman who scheduled was also very nice, efficient and helpful.

Customer had a main line blockage that flooded the entire house downstairs with sewage, upon arrival after diagnosing, I pulled the toilet downstairs near the front door and ran my cable and was able to clear the blockage. The customer stop behind the toilet was broke, so I had to shut off the water to the home as well the flange was rusted and I wasn’t able to put bolts back in to set the toilet properly so I told the customer do not use the toilet downstairs and when the camera team come out, they will give a quote to repair the flange and find what was going on in. The main line felt a lot of turbulence while running my cable didn’t pull back. Any evidence I believe it’s cast-iron pipe and the pipe is rusted.. Camera team scheduled to come out Monday, also schedule for a water mediation team to come out for water damage

Performed 1 system diagnostic on system for unit 35-PL. found blown fuse, dirty blower wheel, failing ecm blower motor, single return with no louvre door causing blower motor to prematurely start to fail. Unit does not have te standard look protection. Recommend all necessary repairs or replacing system and installing unit correctly. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Came out today to perform two system HVAC home care. Upon arrival, customer stated that he had previously signed another estimate and asked if that could also be completed. On the downstairs system filter has just recently been replaced. Added a wet switch, new condensate pump, and in-line float switch for the system. Upon testing all components found capacitor is good, and all components are clean. All UV protection on the system is currently working properly. Upon inspection of the upstairs heat pump air handler found all components are clean and working properly. Added a wet switch to the upstairs drain pan, clear your drain line with mighty pump, also added enzymes to both system to keep the drain lines clear. The system has the correct refrigerant charge and heat strips are working properly. At this time, both systems are currently working properly with no further concerns.

Replaced PRV and gate valve with new ball valve and small reroute for easier access to shutoff. Also ran new water line to newly installed ice maker box for refrigerator. Replaced full service water main line to rid of galvanized piping in ground and install new HDPE black 1 inch poly line. With full service valve in its own box at meter and new dual check valve on meter nipple. Trench backfilled and tampered down and covered with wheat straw.
