Nathan came to replace a disposal in the kitchen sink. Shortly before he arrived we discovered a small leak in the P-trap. Nathan was able to diagnose the issue and handle both repairs in very short order. He left the work area cleaner than he found it. Very pleased with the quality of the work.

It was great that the tech had all his own supplies and did not need to ask me for a bucket, or rags or towels to clean up with. (I've had that experience with several other plumbers.) I also loved that he cleaned up (sprayed down with cleanser) under the sink when he was done, and that he wore shoe covers in the house. The cost "was what it was," and was not a reflection of the tech. Two suggestions: use cold water when testing, rather than hot. (I had very little hot water when he left.) Also, pls be careful about touching the doorknob with soled gloves still on, as this germifies the doorknob. Overall, great experience!

TE certified once again has been amazing. First time using the Electrician services. Marshall and Wilson were amazing. I had quite a few things I needed installed. Corey ended up coming to help so they could get the job done today. All 3 were just the nicest and most professional people. Left my house cleaner than it was before. They were fantastic! Devon described the issues very clearly and answered all my questions very thoroughly in a manner I could understand. I felt very comfortable with his electrical knowledge, he prioritized my issues and gave an honest and logical opinion of what I should do this trip and in the future. They were mindful of their workspace and left the areas in nice shape than they found them. Running new circuit for washer and installing new outlet and box along with a gfci breaker . Fixing dryer run in crawl space and installing new 30 amp breaker for it and installing new outlet and and plate . Replacing box and re doing connections for laundry room light switch. Installing bushings/connectors at panel and dryer . Installing customer supplied arc fault breaker.
Repair leak in front yard right behind meter
Removed and replaced toilet flange that was leaking when the toilet was flush. Removed galvanized water line for the toilet and replaced shut off valve. Reinstalled the toilet and flushed multiple times. No further leaks from the toilet.
For this job, we worked on installing a customer provided Tesla Wall Connector. We also installed a whole house surge protector at the main panel.
Arrived on site to replace an owner supplied master bathroom faucet. During the installation, both the hot and cold shut off valves were also replaced to ensure reliable operation and to prevent future leaks, as the existing stops were original and showing signs of age. While on site, the home water, pressure assessed and measured of 60 psi, which is within the recommended operating range for residential plumbing systems. The water heater, which was installed by our company in August, was visually inspected and is operating properly at this time. Customer reviewed the findings and approved moving forward with the faucet replacement along with new hot and cold supply stops. All connections were installed, tested, and verified to be leak free and functioning properly upon completion.

Our client reached out to us to have a garbage disposal that was installed incorrectly replaced. All the correct corresponding parts for this insulation was allocated locally. The new items have been installed and tested for leaks and no leak found. A client water pressure at 70 psi. A client also has a tankless heater installed in a crawlspace. That is missing a couple of components from his insulation. An estimate has been left to correct this issue and a follow up will be conducted on Tuesday.
Mainfloor Lennox air handler/ heat pump was freezing up. I Found the breaker for the air handler (on the air handler is loose and staring to fail). The system is short on air flow. Needs another 10” return run and an additional supply run. I also found that the outdoor unit is a 3.5 ton indoor unit and the outdoor unit is only a 3 ton system. I used the Lennox app and verified the equipment sizes. I recommend that the indoor unit and the outdoor unit get replaced. Additional ductwork should be added on the return and supply side of the system. System will never run right and will continue to freeze up and be a potential water hazard until replaced. Homeowner said he would contact the builder.
