It was great that the tech had all his own supplies and did not need to ask me for a bucket, or rags or towels to clean up with. (I've had that experience with several other plumbers.) I also loved that he cleaned up (sprayed down with cleanser) under the sink when he was done, and that he wore shoe covers in the house. The cost "was what it was," and was not a reflection of the tech. Two suggestions: use cold water when testing, rather than hot. (I had very little hot water when he left.) Also, pls be careful about touching the doorknob with soled gloves still on, as this germifies the doorknob. Overall, great experience!
TE certified once again has been amazing. First time using the Electrician services. Marshall and Wilson were amazing. I had quite a few things I needed installed. Corey ended up coming to help so they could get the job done today. All 3 were just the nicest and most professional people. Left my house cleaner than it was before. They were fantastic! Highly recommend!
Jonathan was fantastic! He came back out first thing this am to get my air condition up and running. Great guy!
Jonathan Williams was fantastic. He was early and walked me through the needed repairs. He was able to secure the part for tomorrow to come back and fix the day after. I really appreciate him!
Mason went above and beyond. Couldn’t initially find an issue but continued digging until he found it. Really appreciate his help.
Yael Morales was thorough, professional and courteous. Shared his knowledge and expertise with us and helped troubleshoot and hookup problem.
When a job is done and things are as clean as they were when they started. I am a happy customer.
Devon described the issues very clearly and answered all my questions very thoroughly in a manner I could understand. I felt very comfortable with his electrical knowledge, he prioritized my issues and gave an honest and logical opinion of what I should do this trip and in the future. They were mindful of their workspace and left the areas in nice shape than they found them. Both Devon and his apprentice were gentlemen, knowledgeable and pleasant individuals in conversation while never wasting time. The issue made me a bit concerned but I feel very at ease now. I appreciate how quickly TE put me on their schedule. The woman who scheduled was also very nice, efficient and helpful.
Luis did a fantastic job. He explained everything thoroughly and finished all of the work quickly. I am always very pleased with TE Certified.
Jonathan and Rey provided excellent service and was very knowledgeable!!
So appreciative that I was able to get an appointment so fast and Jason, our technician was amazing. From prompt arrival to spending extra time to go over every detail and completing the job thoroughly, he was professional and understanding every step of the way. Extremely satisfied. Thanks again!
Luis Arvizu was excellent. Shawn from the Chamblee checked out the water heater installation for the city permit on 10/24/2024 an said it was good work.

Came out for Home Care heating/cooling check on 2011 Goodman Package AC/Furnace. Customer selling home and just wanted a regular maintenance. Changed out 20x20x1 filter. Cleared p trap, no safety switches in place. Vacuumed furnace cabinet and cleared leaves from condenser. Cleaned flame sensor and pressure switch port. Verified heating and cooling all operational. Did find blower wheel with dust build up, recommended pulling and cleaning. Main recommendation is to have Install Supervisor come out to discuss new system options due to age and condition of current equipment. Customer declined recommendations for today. Left inspection report and sent quotes via email

Homeowner was having a musty smell coming from the laundry room on hotter days. found the condensate line for the HVAC units drain into the washing machine box. found when large amounts of condensation are draining. It’s displacing the air in the pipe, causing a musty smell. Was able to clean the standpipe out a with the flex shaft machine as a courtesy. no smells were present at this time. homeowner also had a drippy faucet in the downstairs half bathroom on the cold side. gave a quote to repair as well as replace the faucet. Homeowner is going to wait until they do a bathroom remodel. found the hose bib on the left side of the home had a faulty vacuum breaker. replaced vacuum breaker and tested with no failures at this time.
Troubleshoot bonus room- no warranty
Whole home inspection and quoted device replacement
System has water issues due to it being low on the R22 refrigerant, which is causing the coil to freeze up and then thaw into the pan. Evaporator coil is rusted out and leaking, blower wheel is dirty, blower motor bearings are worn out, run capacitor is out of manufacture specs, no form of water safeties, and organic growth growing inside system. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
