Nathan came to replace a disposal in the kitchen sink. Shortly before he arrived we discovered a small leak in the P-trap. Nathan was able to diagnose the issue and handle both repairs in very short order. He left the work area cleaner than he found it. Very pleased with the quality of the work.

It was great that the tech had all his own supplies and did not need to ask me for a bucket, or rags or towels to clean up with. (I've had that experience with several other plumbers.) I also loved that he cleaned up (sprayed down with cleanser) under the sink when he was done, and that he wore shoe covers in the house. The cost "was what it was," and was not a reflection of the tech. Two suggestions: use cold water when testing, rather than hot. (I had very little hot water when he left.) Also, pls be careful about touching the doorknob with soled gloves still on, as this germifies the doorknob. Overall, great experience!

TE certified once again has been amazing. First time using the Electrician services. Marshall and Wilson were amazing. I had quite a few things I needed installed. Corey ended up coming to help so they could get the job done today. All 3 were just the nicest and most professional people. Left my house cleaner than it was before. They were fantastic! I felt very comfortable with his electrical knowledge, he prioritized my issues and gave an honest and logical opinion of what I should do this trip and in the future. They were mindful of their workspace and left the areas in nice shape than they found them. Our client reached out to us to have a garbage disposal that was installed incorrectly replaced. All the correct corresponding parts for this insulation was allocated locally. The new items have been installed and tested for leaks and no leak found. A client water pressure at 70 psi. A client also has a tankless heater installed in a crawlspace. That is missing a couple of components from his insulation. An estimate has been left to correct this issue and a follow up will be conducted on Tuesday.
Mainfloor Lennox air handler/ heat pump was freezing up. I Found the breaker for the air handler (on the air handler is loose and staring to fail). The system is short on air flow. Needs another 10” return run and an additional supply run. I also found that the outdoor unit is a 3.5 ton indoor unit and the outdoor unit is only a 3 ton system. I used the Lennox app and verified the equipment sizes. I recommend that the indoor unit and the outdoor unit get replaced. Additional ductwork should be added on the return and supply side of the system. System will never run right and will continue to freeze up and be a potential water hazard until replaced. Homeowner said he would contact the builder.
As we arrived back here, Thursday, December 11 and 12th we’ve come back to finish installing power to the rooftop fans once they’re set in place. We also had to install fan motor controls, which was not part of the original estimate inside the warehouse. On the rooftop from the weatherproof box and rigid pipe that we stubbed up through the roof, we ran liquid type metal flex and wire from that box over to a motor switch that we installed on a weatherproof box and Uni strut for each of the fans. From the motor switch, we installed liquid type metal flex and wire all the way to the three phase motors, controlling power to the exhaust fans. Made all connections inside of the motors and on the motor switches. In the upstairs break room, we had to cut the previously installed pipe that we ran on the last trip here. We put two 1900 junction boxes on that pipe. Installed a piece of plywood on the wall where we could mount the new fan control boxes. We installed both VFD fan control boxes and
Troubleshoot and replaced two switches, an outlet, and GFI in home.
Complete a service call by the time of arrival noticed that the gas valve was off the furnace. Client mentioned that there was a service done last year for the air conditioning and the technician probably shut the gas valve off due to a flu vent carbon monoxide leak.
Replaced the panel, installed a whole home surge protector and installed a ibtb for the low volt grounds.
We re ran the furnace circuit to insure that the furnace would not trip when the heat strips.
Customer washing machine was overflowing whenever running a load, upon arrival, I tested and saw that the washing machine was backing up whenever we did a load. Next, I gave an option to run my drain cable down to remove any buildup. After running my drain cable, I removed a lot of buildup. After testing, I was able to get the washing machine flowing back normally. I told the customer that they could have cast-iron and if it is cast-iron, it could be rusting on the inside but underneath the sink with ABS so I wasn’t 100% sure but after testing everything thoroughly the drain is now keeping up..
Replaced shower cartridge in master shower, moen. Put in new cartridge, pressurized fixtures, blew air out of lines, shower working properly, no leaks. Also, quoted for new water heater bundle replacements.
