Devon described the issues very clearly and answered all my questions very thoroughly in a manner I could understand. I felt very comfortable with his electrical knowledge, he prioritized my issues and gave an honest and logical opinion of what I should do this trip and in the future. They were mindful of their workspace and left the areas in nice shape than they found them. Both Devon and his apprentice were gentlemen, knowledgeable and pleasant individuals in conversation while never wasting time. The issue made me a bit concerned but I feel very at ease now. I appreciate how quickly TE put me on their schedule. The woman who scheduled was also very nice, efficient and helpful.

The TE Certified team were all excellent! Electricians Enrique and Miguel, Plumbers Justin and Dylan and the HVAC guy Jonah came in prepared and each did their work with practiced skill, catching the additions to the work order I asked of them and performing them quickly and efficiently without getting into each other's way for a moment. Alexis did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and took the time to explain the issues and answers our questions. Alexis and the entire team were very polite and professional. Georgia Power had to be called in to repair the outside power lines. The representatives who showed up were very unprofessional and did not complete the required work. Alexis advocated on our behalf and another crew was sent that evening yo make the repairs.

Replaced evaporator coil in main floor system pulled a vacuum pressure tested and recharged The system and tested everything. Now everything is running as it should at this time.
Checked system for no cooling for the main floor and found that the system has leaked all refrigerant out of the system and would need to be repaired. Recommend high-pressure search and found a wet switch or safety switch for better flood protection and the furnace needs to be sealed better found no insulation on the suction line on the outdoor system, and recommend homecare to help maintain the systems inside of the home.
Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns.
Install new meter main disconnect outside up service from 200-400 , two new 54 space qo panels, smart breakers , updated grounding ,and whole home surge protection

Replace 2 breakers with Gfci breakers for fridge and countertop outlets Separate neutrals for counter top outlets Replace 3 existing gfci outlets with standard outlets that will be protected with dual functionbreakers Run 12/2 wire to washer and install outlet for washer
Replaced a 5 foot piece of cast iron piping with 4” PVC. Also did a tankless water heater flush. All connections have been tested and working properly at this time.
Replaced leaking t&p and removed leaking recirc pump from system.
Will require engineers approval and permits through city. Upgrade homes electrical system to accommodate for new ev charging and back up. Replace main electrical panel, add outside disconnect and mast pipe, run new service cable, add smoke detectors to code, and update homes grounding system. Replace bad fan motor in master bath room
Leak on ceiling from bathroom above. Tub drain has gaps and not seated properly. Removed and replaced stopper and overflow plate. Tested by filling tub 1/3. No leaks.
Install 2ton Daikin mini split in garage with lineset, communication wires, pad, Uv protections, drain line and line hide. Pressure test up 300 psi and bubble test for leaks. Vacuum the unit down 114 microns and let it stand for more than 10mins. Test the drain line with water. Test unit for heat and cool mode. Unit is currently working.
