TE Certified provided a clear quote for the work we needed done and priced out individually the light installs, wall socket installations, etc. which we appreciated. Carlos was polite, communicated very well with any necessary updates as he was doing the work, and completed all the work and cleaned up! I would recommend TE Certified to my friends.

Nathan came to replace a disposal in the kitchen sink. Shortly before he arrived we discovered a small leak in the P-trap. Nathan was able to diagnose the issue and handle both repairs in very short order. He left the work area cleaner than he found it. Very pleased with the quality of the work.

It was great that the tech had all his own supplies and did not need to ask me for a bucket, or rags or towels to clean up with. (I've had that experience with several other plumbers.) I also loved that he cleaned up (sprayed down with cleanser) under the sink when he was done, and that he wore shoe covers in the house. The cost "was what it was," and was not a reflection of the tech. Two suggestions: use cold water when testing, rather than hot. (I had very little hot water when he left.) Also, pls be careful about touching the doorknob with soled gloves still on, as this germifies the doorknob. Overall, great experience!

TE certified once again has been amazing. First time using the Electrician services. Marshall and Wilson were amazing. I had quite a few things I needed installed. Corey ended up coming to help so they could get the job done today. All 3 were just the nicest and most professional people. Left my house cleaner than it was before. They were fantastic! Highly recommend!

Devon described the issues very clearly and answered all my questions very thoroughly in a manner I could understand. I felt very comfortable with his electrical knowledge, he prioritized my issues and gave an honest and logical opinion of what I should do this trip and in the future. They were mindful of their workspace and left the areas in nice shape than they found them. Both Devon and his apprentice were gentlemen, knowledgeable and pleasant individuals in conversation while never wasting time. The issue made me a bit concerned but I feel very at ease now. I appreciate how quickly TE put me on their schedule. The woman who scheduled was also very nice, efficient and helpful.

Customer had a garbage disposal that was rusted out and was causing it to leak from beneath the disposal, I let the customer know we would have to replace the disposal due to it leaking from the bottom of the unit, we ended up replacing it with the new three-quarter horsepower disposal, and after testing the disposal works properly with no leaks and no backups present
Troubleshot loss of power to the lights in the office. The circuit was Redeviced however the outlets were reading hot neutral reverse. I tore apart every device, junction box, and wiring on the circuit I could find and was unable to find the source of the reading so a new wire was ran and all the outlets and lights are working properly and reading correctly
After fixing all of the settings and parameters that were not installed correctly, it continued issue was identified There’s a tempering valve in the ceiling that is currently allowing the cold water to cross over onto the hot side. The tempering valve and a checked valves have to have failed for this to happen. The check valve on the hot the check valve on the cold and the tempering valve all need to be replaced. Along with the section of pipe that is currently dripping in between these things. This estimate is to replace these valves and fittings and restore hot water to the restaurant
Replaced dryer outlet and recommended repairs.
Customer had concerns regarding improper venting of the existing 50 gallon gas water heater. The unit was venting through a basement. Great, creating a potential carbon monoxide hazard. Mrs. expressed safety concerns about possible CO exposure. After evaluation, we recommended replacing the existing unit with a properly vented system. Today we removed the old 50 gallon gas water heater and installed a new 50 gallon gas power vent water heater. Venting was rerouted and properly terminated through the exterior of the home to ensure safe exhaust discharge and cold compliance. While completing this installation, we also replaced the home pressure reducing valve and main water shut off valve to ensure proper system control and reliability. Water pressure was measured at 55 psi after installation, which is within safe operating range. System was fully tested, all lines were purged, and unit is operating properly at this time.

Installed a washer box and dryer vent in the upstairs area, ran drain for the washer pan to the exterior of the home. Removed previous washer box and capped the lines. Breaker for the dryer keeps tripping, we will have the electricians come take a look.
