TE Certified provided a clear quote for the work we needed done and priced out individually the light installs, wall socket installations, etc. which we appreciated. Carlos was polite, communicated very well with any necessary updates as he was doing the work, and completed all the work and cleaned up! I would recommend TE Certified to my friends.

Nathan came to replace a disposal in the kitchen sink. Shortly before he arrived we discovered a small leak in the P-trap. Nathan was able to diagnose the issue and handle both repairs in very short order. He left the work area cleaner than he found it. Very pleased with the quality of the work.

It was great that the tech had all his own supplies and did not need to ask me for a bucket, or rags or towels to clean up with. (I've had that experience with several other plumbers.) I also loved that he cleaned up (sprayed down with cleanser) under the sink when he was done, and that he wore shoe covers in the house. The cost "was what it was," and was not a reflection of the tech. Two suggestions: use cold water when testing, rather than hot. (I had very little hot water when he left.) Also, pls be careful about touching the doorknob with soled gloves still on, as this germifies the doorknob. Overall, great experience!

TE certified once again has been amazing. First time using the Electrician services. Marshall and Wilson were amazing. I had quite a few things I needed installed. Corey ended up coming to help so they could get the job done today. All 3 were just the nicest and most professional people. Left my house cleaner than it was before. They were fantastic! Highly recommend!

Devon described the issues very clearly and answered all my questions very thoroughly in a manner I could understand. I felt very comfortable with his electrical knowledge, he prioritized my issues and gave an honest and logical opinion of what I should do this trip and in the future. They were mindful of their workspace and left the areas in nice shape than they found them. Both Devon and his apprentice were gentlemen, knowledgeable and pleasant individuals in conversation while never wasting time. The issue made me a bit concerned but I feel very at ease now. I appreciate how quickly TE put me on their schedule. The woman who scheduled was also very nice, efficient and helpful.

Replaced the panel, installed a whole home surge protector and installed a ibtb for the low volt grounds.
We re ran the furnace circuit to insure that the furnace would not trip when the heat strips.
Customer washing machine was overflowing whenever running a load, upon arrival, I tested and saw that the washing machine was backing up whenever we did a load. Next, I gave an option to run my drain cable down to remove any buildup. After running my drain cable, I removed a lot of buildup. After testing, I was able to get the washing machine flowing back normally. I told the customer that they could have cast-iron and if it is cast-iron, it could be rusting on the inside but underneath the sink with ABS so I wasn’t 100% sure but after testing everything thoroughly the drain is now keeping up..

Performed customer 2 system fall (HEAT) homecare maintenance check Upon arrival customer stated that when ac is running for both systems that they both were having a musty smell to them. Did full evaluation for the attic system. This is a due fuel system. Gas furnace is 9 years old, ac and coil is 1 years old. Changed (14x20x1) system filter. Turned ac on and after about 5 minutes of run time the unit did start to smell. Unit is affected by “dirty sock syndrome” which is bacteria growing on evaporator coil at the indoor system. Turned system to heat and no issues. Checked over all operation of system, blower wheel is dirty, cleaned flame sensor, cleaned pressure switch tube port. Checked amps on blower motor and inducer draft motor and found no issues. Inside system is clean. Checked outdoor heat pump, capacitor and contactor tested good, condenser coils are clean. Recommend blower wheel cleaning, dirty sock syndrome cleanings for evaporator coil and adding Uv light to system. Custome

Today November 19 we’ve arrived to install power for the rooftop ventilation fans. From electric panel, we ran 3/4 EMT pipe up the wall into the ceiling space of the warehouse and across the wall to the area where I drilled through the wall into the sales area, where a junction box was mounted. From the junction box we installed 1/2 inch rigid pipe across the wall and up onto the rooftop of the Sherwin-Williams. Installed Unistrut in three different locations on the rigid pipe run to hold it tightly in place so it would not move on the rooftop. We installed a double gang weatherproof box and weatherproof cover. We also installed a rubber boot over the pipe and slid it down onto the rooftop for proper ceiling. Marco who is running the ventilation pipes for Clean Vapor is going to seal it properly. I talked to him about that and he said that he would he would seal it. Last we pulled two sets of black, red, blue #12 thhn and one green #12 wire from the electrical panel all the way to the
