Excellent Service!

TE certified once again has been amazing. First time using the Electrician services. Marshall and Wilson were amazing. I had quite a few things I needed installed. Corey ended up coming to help so they could get the job done today. All 3 were just the nicest and most professional people. Left my house cleaner than it was before. They were fantastic! Highly recommend!

Devon described the issues very clearly and answered all my questions very thoroughly in a manner I could understand. I felt very comfortable with his electrical knowledge, he prioritized my issues and gave an honest and logical opinion of what I should do this trip and in the future. They were mindful of their workspace and left the areas in nice shape than they found them. Both Devon and his apprentice were gentlemen, knowledgeable and pleasant individuals in conversation while never wasting time. The issue made me a bit concerned but I feel very at ease now. I appreciate how quickly TE put me on their schedule. The woman who scheduled was also very nice, efficient and helpful.

Also found unit need basic maintenance performed including cleanings and getting unit up to TE standards. Tech arrived to problem call for entire home. System is mixed in age, with indoor coils dirty being 7 years old and condenser being 10 years old. Furnace is roughly 6 years old. Customer had expressed that the outdoor fan motor was not always coming on and causing unit to shut off. Inspected system. Checked indoor unit. Customer filter was slightly dirty, customer will change on their schedule. Noticed liquid line getting extremely hot very quick. Indoor blower section is relatively clean and indoor capacitor is within specs. Customer has pan switch and condensate pump safeties. Secondary port has mastic putty and is shut. Checked outdoor unit. Condenser fan motor was not running and compressor was. Checked capacitor, capacitor was slightly out of tolerance but not enough to cause fan motor to stop (41/4.4 for 45/5). Was able to free fan motor briefly, and found motor overamping and extremely hot to the touch. Condenser coil is also very dirty. Brought recommendations to customer. Cu

Upon arrival customer stated he wanted 2nd opinion on both systems, last company gave him two different stories, started on upstairs unit first, h led to ac mode, went to attic to inspect air handler, checked filter, evap coil, found blower wheel impacted, recommend pulling and cleaning, recommended TE flood protection such as wet switch, inspected outdoor unit, noticed condenser coil slightly impacted, recommend chemical cleaning, checked pressures, temp split, upon checking pressures found unit low on r410, recommend leak search, also gave option to add r410, customer wanted to add refrigerant, added 2lb customer is aware no warranty on repair, next started on main floor unit, cycled tstat to ac mode, went to basement, inspected air handler, replaced customer provided filter, also removed dust and hair out of return plenum, recommend cleaning evap coil, as well as blower wheel, also recommended TE flood protection such as wet switch, inspected condenser coil, found slightly impacted
